The Face Suites Hotel

I booked one king bed two queen beds two bathrooms, but they allotted only one bathroom.

We have requested a king bed as we were travelling as a couple. However we were given twin beds which could not be joined and also the management denied changing the room to king bed saying the platform makemytrip has asked for twin beds

Very neat and clean room, such a calming experience. Supportive staffs, and Loved the stay! The infinity pool facing twin tower or the Menar tower, is really pleasant and amazing skyscraper view from 51st floor.

Overall, the stay was good – the resort has a pleasant atmosphere and offers a relaxing beachfront experience. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Tea was not available in the resort, which was a bit inconvenient for tea lovers. Additionally, there was only one mobile charger socket available, making it difficult to charge multiple devices, especially when traveling as a couple or family. A few small changes could make the stay much more comfortable.

Please avoid this hotel. The management and staff are absolutely rude. I booked via Make my Trip and had a special request, the room shower was dirty, waited 4 hours to get a room on a top floor. There was cold water to shower and the room had no drinking glasses. Reported this to Make my Trip and to the hotel, they gave me a temporary service room to shower which also had cold water. The services and hospitality is disgusting and even the manager expected us to check the room for drinking glasses. You wait after 1 hour for room service. I have a requested a refund on my night accommodation and they have even removed the booking from make my trip. The manager had no decency to come and even check our room. Waited hours for a room in a 5 star hotel. Do not stay at this hotel. Bad experience and I will not recommend anyone after my experience. Stayed 2 nights.

Good stay with horrible breakfast area and rude breakfast staff Rooms were great with good bed and view but the issue is lift its so slow you will be afraid of using it frequently

Loved the place. Clean and very spacious room. Both check in and checkout was smooth. I would recommend every one who wants to visit KL and yes the Price is unbelievable

Face suites is worth more than the price which we pay and it’s amenities are top class , if I visit kulalampur will stay here again for sure

The rooms were well equipped with all gadgets. It seemed like home away from home because of the comfort level. The view from the swimming pool was also breathtaking. Kids enjoyed the study and the privacy with a seperate room.

The location is easy to find, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. While the food is on the expensive side, the top-notch amenities more than make up for it. The hospitality was excellent, the staff were extremely cooperative, courteous, and sweet. Overall, a luxurious and pleasant stay!

Overall great property. Skip this if you want the infinity pool right opposite the Twin Towers, that's at a different Face Hotel.

Frontdesk is very unfriendly and they did extra charge me also the rooms were very shady not upto the mark even they didn’t serve me breakfast. Pathetic hotel pathetic staff

The stay was absolutely amazing, the rooms were comfortable and loved the overall setup of them. One drawback I’d say is the washroom. There was just one common bathroom for both the rooms . The rooftop pool was fantastic .

Building name is Face suits but there are multiple hotels in same building and some floors are also managed by Air BNB.... we have booked earlier Deluxe 2 bedroom but it not worth as all the side you get windows or wall of other building. Later we upgraded to premium deluxe 2bedroom which is better. Rooms are very specious. Sometimes lift is issue as have to wait for 5-10min special during check in time. Service is not great. Every time room cleaning service either miss to keep water bottles or Bath towel or forget to clean dustbin or some or other things. Would better suggest to stay at Face Style which might be better option and big advantage is swimming pool have clear view of Petronas and KL and bigger then Face suits hotel as well.
