The location of the property is appealing; however, our experience was quite disappointing. What stood out to me was their focus on rules rather than on customer experience and service. They wouldn't allow check-in even 15 minutes prior to the designated time, despite us waiting for nearly two hours, as we were aware of the early check-in policy. Additionally, their service desk is not available 24/7, meaning if you require assistance after 10 PM, you're left without help. This was the case for another guest who faced a leakage issue in his room and was told by security to wait until morning when the desk opens. The WiFi was down for almost two days, which was problematic since we intended to complete important work at the hotel, as using an international roaming data plan was not feasible. There are also numerous rules regarding breakfast; no option for vegitarian person, for instance, you must collect breakfast receipts each morning from the service desk. According to their policy, you first need to go to the ground floor to get the receipts, then head to the 10th floor for breakfast, which is absurd. Even for something as simple as a hair dryer, we had to follow up throughout the entire day. The pool security staff always seem to be in a state of bliss, which I also find somewhat disrespectful. No medical or first aid facility as one child was bitten by insects near the pool area, rather providing medical treatment staff was saying nothing to worry.
