The hotel is nice also the infinity pool is amazing we enjoyed it and the room service and staff are very much helpful. Overall amazing experience

No milk powder or Creamer in the rooms… Breakfast was available on actual cost…but no Indian food available…

The hotel, The view, The room was very good but be ready for the worst service from the team. They could not fix simple WiFi connection, do the room cleaning & not explain instructions as well!

i have booked apartments type as i was travelling with family . when i checked i had informed that your booking is two bed studio. no such facilities of mini kitchen or other utility. i have been charged for apartment.

worst stay ever ...Big building staff was nice too but at the time of check in they deposit 500 MYR they keep you like you are roadside human ...do this don't do this this is strictly prohibited no noise no here and there stay away from there stay there like we are kid.....Don't this in room otherwise you have to pay don't do this in lift otherwise you have pay.... overall we were so much scared at our total stay .so big no for this hotel I don't know why people book this hotel .

Hotel location is good, room size is good but there is no housekeeping service as it is too slow. Too many rules with security deposit. After checkout they check room for 20-30 mins.Roof top pool has good views of petronas tower and KL tower but again too crowded with busy lifts.

I wish to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the services. I made a booking for a hotel room at Deface Platinum 2 in Kuala Lumpur, having paid a substantial amount in advance. Upon arrival, I was denied check-in by the hotel, despite having a confirmed reservation. I was left stranded in the hotel lobby from 1:00 PM until 1:00 AM the following day, without any assistance or resolution. Despite being an international traveler, I received no support or intervention service team to resolve the issue or facilitate check-in. The situation caused significant distress and financial loss, as I was unable to avail myself of the accommodation for which I had already paid in full. Furthermore, I was informed that my booking was non-refundable and non-cancellable, despite the fact that I was denied the service that I had paid for. This lack of accountability and failure to provide the promised service constitutes a breach of contract.

The room is nice and clean. I like it and enjoy my stay here. The swimming pool is fantastic and nice view.

The stay at this property was awesome with the views and property itself is very spacious and beautifully maintained. The checkin and checkout process is extremely time consuming and cumbersome. They take 500/- ringets as security deposit. While checking out I was casually returned 400/- ringets only and on enquiring was told they returned 500/- & that it's a counting mistake from my side. I didn't budge and finally after the usual 30-40 mins check out process has to wait another 20 mins to get the 100 ringets refunded. This seemed to be a scam as many tourists weren't even counting cash due to long checkout queue and just leaving with the amount handed over to them as the security deposit refund.

I don’t like it because there is so much instructions there coz they have a pool view they take so much time

The property is at a premium location in Kualalampur near KLCC . The infinity pool offers a superb view of the Kualalampur cityscape with sparkling multi-shaped skyscrapers. Excellent, modern and bustling hotel apartments complex with grand restaurants in and around the hotel at a very affordable price range is the main attraction. The bed and the bath are lavish. Room layout, lobby and corridors are just imperial.

Breakfast - 5/5, Rooms 4/5, Service 1/5 and cleanliness 2/4. They gave end side room of the building (104) in the first floor and corridors are very dirty. Poor maintenance observed. Other than that location is fantastic and of course beach side resort so one can enjoy private beach kind of stay.

Excellent location, very close to shopping malls and other attractions. pleasant stay. All the amenities were very good. Staff were friendly.

Had such a great stay here — everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The room was super comfy, staff were friendly, and the overall vibe of the hotel was just really chill and welcoming. But let’s talk about the infinity pool on the 51st floor — wow. Honestly, it’s one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced. The view is insane, especially at nite with twin towers glittering . You’re literally swimming above the city, and it feels like you’re on top of the world. I could’ve stayed up there all day. If you’re thinking about booking, do it — and don’t miss that pool!

It was a wonderful stay with exquisite and spacious rooms.. it has the beautiful view of petronas towers from the 51st floor.. the only con is that the booking is excluding the breakfast and id want to opt it is 85rm which was expensive.. rest all was good

Our stay was amazing and infinity pool was beautiful and view was exceptional. If you want to experience luxury at reasonable price then this is the place.

rooms are clean . front desk members not friendly . no room service . hostel kind of feel . not a star hotel feel . only good thing is the roof top pool with fantastic view . prime location. improve hospitality with ur customers.

The place was marvellous for a splendid family stay with cozy view and accessibility to the central districts of Malaysia.
