We stayed 2 nights at ascot t star klcc Ascott Star KLCC Kuala Lumpur in january 2023. We were given early check in at 10 am which helped us a lot to freshen up after an overnight flight journey. The location of the Ascott Star KLCC Kuala Lumpur is excellent and rooftop garden and swimming pool has a dreamy view of petronas twin towers and kl tower. We were given options to choose our packed breakfast the day before and breakfast was delivered right at our room at our predetermined time. Though, packed breakfast was cold, we used the microwave oven of our room to make it hot. Overall, we spent great times at ascot t star klcc.

We booked the ascot t star klcc, while booking we included breakfast and one meal lunch/ dinner in the package. But on checking in we were told that they dont have a restaurant and their booking s doesn’t include any of the meals. We called mm t customer care who kept us on hold for over 12 minutes without offering any solutions. Still is showing ascot t star as stay with meals.

It was an amazing experience! The property was very well maintained, clean and smelled so amazing as well. The staff was so cooperative, polite and nice. The view is perfect from the property, unobstructed view of the twin tower. Highly recommended stay!!!

Hotel was located at good location nearby twin towers. But we couldn’t get room on higher floor after even requesting with twin tower views.
