⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Hotel Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre (Nov 1–5, 2025) We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Perdana KLCC from 1st to 5th November 2025. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable — truly exceeding our expectations. The service throughout our stay was amazing! A special mention to the staff at the Indian breakfast counter, who were exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to guide us with healthy and delicious options each morning. From the team at the entry gate to housekeeping, everyone was genuinely humble, helpful, and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The location is another big plus — centrally situated with easy access to both MRT and LRT stations, making it very convenient to explore the city. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and accessibility. Highly recommend Hotel Perdana KLCC for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Excellent stay with a great view from the balcony from 32nd floor. You may need to have empty stomach for last two days to have infinite options at b/f. Overall it was beautiful stay.

Nice location and great breakfast spread. For vegetarians, the breakfast was really nice but sadly no veg options for lunch. Amenities of the hotel were nice and we liked our stay. Location wise, near to the KLCC and taxis are easily available for anywhere to go.

The breakfast was good, and the location was quite convenient — close to the MRT and popular landmarks like the Twin Towers. However, the room and washroom (1BHK) were disappointing, despite having more space compared to other hotels. The sink was not cleaned properly, and upon entering the room there was a strong carpet odor. The balcony was locked and could not be opened with the provided key. Basic amenities like a toothbrush were not provided until requested from the staff. A plastic/fiber Jacuzzi tub was provided, and it was the only option available for bathing. This meant we had to climb into the Jacuzzi each time to take a bath, which was inconvenient., the overall experience fell short of expectations.

The room, food , location everything was great.....but minor issue was balcony entry lock was broken and locked

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The rooms were huge, well-appointed, and equipped with excellent amenities that made my stay extremely comfortable. The buffet spread was truly luxurious, offering a wide variety of delicious options. What impressed me the most was the outstanding service. I want to especially thank Ms. Carol Chong and the entire staff for their professionalism, and support. I had accidentally left behind my diamond neckpiece, and not only did they find and keep it safely, but they also guided me throughout the process of ensuring it was handled securely. They were prompt with every call and email, which gave me complete peace of mind. This level of care and attention is rare and commendable. Highly recommend this hotel for both its facilities and its exceptional staff.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city centre with two metro Stations at walking distance so it’s very easy to travel to LL Sentral. The petronas and the KLCC park is also at walking distance. Absolutely amazing location. The hop on hop off bus tour stop is also at 8mins walking distance. The room was spacious and very clean. Toiletries were provided on being asked for. The staff is also very welcoming. The hotel also has a restaurant which serves all kinds of cuisines though limited options. The breakfast spread is also great!! Definitely would recommend

This rating 3 because i go at hotel at 10 am but the hotel says no room before 3 pm.they don’t provide me room my child is seal from fever.after that one staff providing me rest room (BALCONY).and breakfast not provide me vegetarian only fruit and milk So plz provide room early because all families are very hactic.when they come at hotel and hotel not provide room.

Location- next to intercontinental.. tall building .. good views .. won’t be able to see petronas but u could walk 10 mins.. breakfast is good .. got studio room upgraded .. very nice room

Pros : Excellent hotel for stay, rooms are very spacious and cost friendly. Also the hotel is near by petronas towers, Suriah klcc mall and inter mark mall. Next time I visit malaysia I will book room in Perdana hotel inshallah. Also the breakfast, there were lot of food varieties which were really delicious and the handling of crowd by the management was very neat. Con : Only con is found was the internet speed which was a bit uneven.

very good option to stay in Kuala Lumpur with Family. For Indiam they have good spreads of Breakfast also and hospitality is also very good. walking dustance to twin tower.

the property location is decent, food does have some veg options compared to others, overall the interiors are a little old but rest is fine.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is walking distance from Petronas tower and many other locations. nly the wifi connectivity provided was poor.

Very good location. Limited amenities. Very limited Indian food options for breakfast and meals menu. Room service menu also very less options. Very difficult to reach the reception as calls are rarely answered.

Very good location, good size space in room (bed room + living room + small kitchen + closets + washroom with bath tub) Buffet was also good, having good veg options. Only drawback - property is old.

An Unbeatable Location with Exceptional Service! Our stay at Hotel Perdana was simply flawless. Its prime location in the heart of KLCC is a tourist's dream, placing us just a short and pleasant walk from the Petronas Towers, Suria KLCC, and the park. We barely needed a car. The culinary experience was a true highlight, with a vast and exceptional food menu that delighted us at every meal. What truly elevated our stay was the warm, genuine hospitality from the entire hotel team. Their attentive service made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommended!

Food is not good for indian vegetarians, hotel room servcie is very bad, room will not be cleaned daily and you just keep calling room service but there wont be any response.
