Good Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences, located opposite to pavilion mall in the heart of City centre, near to many city centre attractions. Rooms are new & well maintained. Bathrooms are good with bath tubs. Breakfast is well spread with multiple options (veg & non veg both). Was pleasantly surprised to see Choole Bhature on one of the days. The Check in was smooth , thanks to Ms Mia, (I may not remember the lady’s name perfectly). Got help at concierge via Mr Afiq. All & all a good stay

Rooms were clean and fragrant that gave a feel of luxury. Staff were very polite and helpful with the services. But i had faced an issue in the bathroom since the water was not draining post shower. And it was not something that could fix immediately since the floor elevation towards the drain was not correct. The property looks bit old and probably needs a renovation. Overall my stay here for two nights was good.

Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay at the Pullman. the room was very spacious and clean and breakfast option was also very delightful. the staffs were attentive and responsive just that on check in they told us that they shall offer us a welcome drink but that didn't came up, but apart from that there was no hiccups or backlash for our stay. We loved it ❤️

My experience with the Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences was great and especially the breakfast was very good. My only grouse was that drinking water kept in the room is too less and one had to remember to get water every day. In a humid city like kl there should be more water kept. Maybe the bottles can be bigger.

We took a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights here and I was impressed with the size of the place. It had two big rooms, a good living room, a separate dining room and a kitchen. They even had an office area and 3 toilets. Cleanliness was good and services provided in the room were satisfactory.
