the location is excellent. kindly allowed us early check-in. clean, well managed property. Room was excellent. comfy bed, clean bathroom, generous sitting area, city view. check-in, check-out smooth. would love to come back again

Perfect Location, Monorail Imbi Station just steps away, walking distance to Bukit Bintang Road, Plaza Low Yat, Sungei Wang. Clean Room, Swimming Pool Size is small, Should have added Bath Tub in Guest Room, Bit of more improvement required in Breakfast. Overall It's a Good Hotel to stay.

Non Veg Food option only, Not recommended for People who prefer only Vegetarian Food & If you request for Plate & Bowls at Room they will Charge 5/- MYR, I don’t recommend this Hotel

Actually, this is my second trip to Malaysia within 8 months. I visited the same both times. I liked the hotel much as the staffs are friends, clean rooms, near to the mono rail so commuting is easier, it’s in city centre, most of the tourist attractions are easily accessible, right opposite to Berjaya time square, etc. the only disadvantage is that, if you’re a pure vegetarian and don’t even eat egg, it will be slightly difficult for you to get proper food in the hotel. However, you would be surrounded by restaurants where you get more vegetarian options. :) enjoy!

everything was upto the mark.... being an Indian my suggestion is that don't go for breakfast... there was no indian Items in Menu... rest everything was fine

It was mostly dark and i won’t recommend it for indian stay, they won’t even provide water bottles, and there is no phone service, if you face any problem you should particularly go to the desk and you need to complain

A friend recommended the hotel. Location is just few meters from iambi metro. At 10 minutes walk from the hotel you will find all street food locations. Rooms were nice and clean, good wifi breakfast had good variety and taste was also good. The swimming pool is a bit small, but manageable. The petronas twin tower is at walkable distance but it will take some time. Overall very happy with the stay and the property. Ooh and the staff are super helping and super polite

The location is the best, close to sites and easy to commute. The only issue is with early check-in time that we requested as an additional payment option. The hotel did not have space and we waited for 6 hours to get a room.

I have stayed here in 2008 and now again i feel it’s the best place to stay

Nice location very near to malls and monorail Station We booked a family room and the connecting door got locked. Maintenance team took 30 meters to reach the room. Staff is helpful. Good breakfast. Recommend for a short stay.

Nice hotel, very neat and clean and spacious rooms. Located in middle of city and all major attractions with in 5 kms.

Friendly staff, great location, super amenities

If you're looking for a decent hotel to Park yourself as you traverse through Bukit Bintang, the Melia is a good choice. The breakfast is awesome, the lobby neat and clean, and the staff friendly. The rooms are basic, beds a little on the harder Side, the bathroom tiny, but the telling blow is the noise from the streets (we were on the 2nd floor) and it felt like the room reverberated every time a motorcycle went by! Choose only for location!

Very close to Marina bay sands and gardens by the bay, we stayed in this hotel in the second leg of our stay in Singapore. Like most hotels, when you reach, you won't have a porter to help you, but this hotel has trolleys. Just like in airports. Very helpful. Further, a swift check-in was very useful along with all details shared very aptly with us. Check-in to the room and you will find all amenities placed very intelligently within it for example the soap dispenser is actually a fixed one with liquid to avoid refilling. The shower and body gel are the same the study light in the room is placed very subtly below a sit created to keep small amenities. For indians lavish breakfast is the word they also try serving Indian sambhar at times nothing great, but at least you get bread, egg, omelette and anything under the sun that you can think of in the breakfast space. So, all in all, a modern hotel that has a minimalistic understanding throughout.
If minimalistic is your choice, this will be quite a suitable option.

Melia KL is good hotel, Little old but they are now refurbishing rooms. I have mixed experience at Melia KL. My flight was delayed so I reached at 200am in hotel and at that time routine system updates was going so I need to wait for 30mins to checked-in my into room. As I booked newly renovated room, it was really good one. Big, clean and fresh. Unfortunately it was on second floor so there was too much road vehicles noise and someone was fighting on the street at night for long time. So I will say, higher floor is better. BF was good. Overall nice place to stay with family and Important is Imbi monorail station is very close.

We booked two connecting rooms as we were family of 5. Melia has never failed to give us good service and the location was perfect for shopping freaks. I had a wonderful time and the staff was kind and nice. They have a travel guide also who guides you for the best travelling experience. Will recommend others to stay at this hotel for sure.
