Pavilion mall which is a very premium mall having all premium brands and a must visit here is very much in walking distance and other malls are also nearby. The places like china town is only 1. 1 km from the citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang and central market is also nearby. Changkat which is known for nightlife is very nearby and in walking distance. Staffs in the citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang are very much friendly. One common policy in all citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintangs in qualalumpur is that they never allow check in before the time mentioned during booking so the same is in this citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang also. Breakfast quality was good although limited options. One very special good point that they serve brewed coffee like any typical coffee shop as a part of breakfast and i had never such experience in any citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintangs till date. The room, though compact, was comfortable and equipped with high-tech amenities. The communal spaces were inviting, and the 24/7 canteenm was convenient for snacks and drinks. The location was ideal, close to many attractions and public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, citizen m kuala lumpur is a good choice for a comfortable and modern stay in the city.

Pros - tetchy room, everything is controlled via an ipad, helping receptionist, early check-in provided and kept luggage for a few hours after checkout. Breakfast was good and unique although the spread seems a little less for the amount charged. Cons - no lock on the bathroom door, if you are a couple or extremely comfortable with your room partner then fine.

It is one of my new experiences with chic and modern style citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintangs. All the amenities were available. The best part of this citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang is it's location in batik bintag. Highly recommend.

Citizenm proved to be a great start for our malaysia holiday, we stayed for two nights and loved everything about the citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang. From easy check in & checkout process to automated controls (lights, tv, climate & curtains ) in the room. Everything was delightful. Large bed provided extra comfortable sleep

The citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang was superb and the staff was also cooperative. Breakfast could have more options. Hotel is very neat and clean

Great room extremely digitalized but only one issue. No iron or hot water kettle in room. Day 1 even the shampoo wasn't there
