Hotel staff was quite rude, rooms were quite small unlike what's shown in the images, breakfast didn't have any options like mentioned on the website.

The room is too small.. Breakfast is very poor..A better experience can be a city like KL..The only advantage is low cost...

Room is good and clean. However, no variety and taste in food. I would suggest book room without breakfast and lunch or dinner.

I booked Ramada Encore Wyndham for its brand of repute, but I comes out to be below average ordinary hotel. I doubt it's Ramada.....

The hotel is located right at the heart of the city centre and is a perfect stay for Indian travelers. It is at a walking distance to the nearest metro station and the local market is just a 5 minute walk away. The staff of the hotel is also very nice and welcoming. It also has plenty of Indian food options nearby including pure vegetarian restaurants. Overall staying at Ramada Encore made our Malaysia trip all the more memorable and comfortable.

Rooms where so small...barely space to put leg after bed. At reception they charging wrong Tourist tax and do take care and refer amount mentioned in voucher to save urself from wrong charged.

This is to express my extreme dissatisfaction and anger regarding the completely unacceptable experience I’ve had during my current stay at your property. The booking was made under the name Archit Goel for 2 rooms, for the dates 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 7th August. Let me get straight to the point – from the moment we stepped into your hotel, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and frankly disgraceful. 1. Early Check-In Disaster Despite having paid RM100 for early check-in, we were made to wait unnecessarily for over 20 minutes by Ms. Papeetha, who kept telling us to “wait” while my 2-year-old baby cried out of hunger, had to be fed on the floor, and even pooped in the middle of the lobby. While we stood with the payment ready, the room had already received our luggage, but Ms. Samundri still delayed sharing the room number with complete indifference. Is this how you treat guests – especially those traveling with infants? 2. AC Not Working – Health Hazard That evening, we found the AC was not working in our room. Upon inspection, the AC duct was filled with disgusting layers of dust – a clear health hazard, especially for a baby. I’ve attached a photo for your reference. Your team still had the audacity to delay changing the room and instead made us go through yet another round of unnecessary drama. 3. Room 309 Lock Failure Later, we were locked out of Room 309, and despite visiting the reception twice, your staff only responded around 9:30 p.m., stating that the door lock battery had died and had to be replaced. Why wasn’t this checked earlier? Again, your management shows zero regard for guest convenience. 4. Denial of Cutlery – Even for a Baby? When I asked for a bowl, spoon, and plate to feed my child, had the nerve to say, “We don’t provide cutlery as per hotel policy.” Really? Not even for a 2-year-old child? That’s not a policy – it’s plain inhuman.

The hotel location is really good. Ample restaurants, convenience stores and transport hubs nearby. Also walkable distance to some of the major tourist attractions. Helpful staff and good experience. The basic rooms themselves are quite small. No space/storage for luggage or anything. It got quite cramped for two people. Also faced issues with air conditioning. Had to delegate with the staff to provide change of rooms. If you don't mind a small room, it is going to be fine

the best part of the property is it's prime location. located near all the attractions like China Town's Petaling Street, Central Market, KL Tower, Bukit Bintang walking Street and more. we had booked the 3 person room and was spacious enough. the room was okay, amenities too. absolutely despised the complementary breakfast. it was bland and the queue for bread, butter and coffee was super long. the reception smelled of urine when we first checked-in. staff were polite but the bellhop who had to take our luggage downstairs for checkout took forever to come.

The property was in a good location, with an Indian/South Indian restaurant right outside—great food! There’s also a temple nearby on the right side, which added to the charm. The room was compact but nice. Initially, the door lock was faulty but got fixed later. It’s close to basic attractions, though there’s no pool
