Hotel Sentral KL @ KL Sentral Station

They overcharged me even after paying in full to MakeMyTrip

The Staff was not cooperative, Room didn't have any ventilation. Toilets do not have proper locks. AC was not working. No options for breakfast for Indian Veg person except Fruits n Wheat bread.

Excellent rooms and stay ; i had stayed for two days it's convenient to reach and the rooms where good and t ye food was good and i really enjoyed the stay the staff was more than courteous

The room which we entered first was having some bad smell which is intolerable, same smell in the lift too, so we asked for room change, without any hesitation they offered another room, the second one didn’t have that strong pungent smell, but we encountered insects in the bathroom n room, a/c was not in good condition

Pro: Location was good. Train station and indian food joints were nearby. Cons: Rooms were badly maintained. Staff was very rude.

Location of the place is excellent, all types of transport (mono, train, klia station and bus terminus for buses to singapore in close proximity) within 5 mins. There are these food stalls which pops up in the night, dine-ins all around and beside the complimentary buffet at the hotel. It's a value for money hotel for all kinds of people; especially for first timers

Location is very good. 2 min walking distance for metro and bus stand. Restaurant are nearby to hotels. Rooms and washroom are very congested. No locker in room.

Clean was not up to mark, staff attitude not up to mark, they are not friendly, we reached before check in time and requested to check in early, but they not allowed

Ac not working i cheng room at night location is very good bus room is smaller next time i recommended to other hotels

I thought this is closed to sentral so booked but staff response and front desk response nill, they never answer calls you need to come down always, and they don't even provide drinking water not even glasses in room, room too small overall better to avoid it

They given express room, no water bottle, not that good room, bathroom is not good one, room service need to call, even they have no brush past in side the room. Internet service is very poor, most of the time internet disconnected

I’m darvesh solanki this hotel is very familiar and staff is very good and all staff behaviour is very nice room are neat and clean again i’m interested to stay in this hotel in my next trip thanks

Rooms are good and hygienic. I really like reception staffs. They welcomes we with full happiness.

This hotel is exactly at center location in kl sentral. Just at walking distance we get bus, mom rail and metro access. So super easy to commute. The breakfast options are not much and for vegetarians it's almost nothing. But you have lot of restaurants nearby for indian veg food- mtr, sarvana bhavan, etc. Overall good

The rooms are terrible this time. The pics which is very diff which we got. And the ac was not working for 2-3 hours while checked in.

Next time no kl sentral hotel. I want my hotel.

Fantastic location. Everything is just in front of hotel. Kl. Sentral station, metro station and monorail many many restaurants, shops and tens of hotels around the property. Hotel itself is good. Brexkfast is very simple but staff very helpful.
