The hotel is very average. Air condition is not upto the mark. Washroom is so congested in space. Soap and shampoo are poor quality, so better plan for own. Bed linen equality are average.

Scott hotel is located at prime spot very near to KL central, you can find multiple Indian restaurants around, you can reach KL central by walk and you can go anywhere in the city by using train or bus. The rooms are ok however the cleanliness in the room can be increased, coffee mug, tray are having dust, after multiple reminders also it did not got cleaned. Bathroom’s bath section is very cramped. I took a room without breakfast so could not taste the food. Overall good stay.

Scott hotel is a decent place to stay at the heart of Kaula Lampur. It's not a posh place. But decent facilities and courteous staff. There are not many buffet options and the food is not very tasty. Its better to venture out in nearby restaurants. Other than food everything is good.

Our stay at hotel scott in kuala lumpur was a delightful experience for our family of four. Hotel location is very good. People are very courteous. Rajesh in concierge, or the parking boy outside - truly helpful people. Only problem is that the rooms are too small.

Stay can be adjusted but the breakfast is really pathetic. Staff's are really friendly especially mr rajesh did a wonderful cooperation for all. Hotel is closed to railway station and many indian restaurants.

I booked three rooms, i requested for late check out for two rooms at the time of check in. They asked 160 ringet as charge, i went for shopping and came back to hotel around 12. 55 pm just one hour late, i forgot to hand over the key for one room before 12. 00 pm. For that they charged 50 ringet for one hour delay to hand over the key.
