Hotel Transit Kuala Lumpur

I booked 2 hotels through MMT for our Malaysia trip. Both the hotels were amazing. 1. In Langkawi, the location of BestStar Resort was perfect, just in front of beach. But there was a restaurant just outside our window and noises came to our room till midnight. I think for sea view room, property should not provide the room in ground floor. Food and amenities were good. The service is not up to the mark. The guests were needed to carry their own luggages to the room, which could be difficult for elders. 2. In KL, we booked Transit KL which is in beautiful location near to Chinatown as well as Bukit Bintang. Service was good. Haven’t tried their food. The room they had provided to us, was superb with a view of Merdeka Tower.

The rooms are clean and hotel staffs are very friendly, the location is amazing nearby to destinations and transport facility, there are Indian restaurants nearby that’s a big + point, great place to stay.

It was an OK. experience. Rooms were smaller then my expectations.

The room smelled of smoke and had a strange door which I could not open from the inside or close from the inside. Felt unsafe

Had a great stay at this hotel this was my third stay at this property first i booked this property back in 2019 since then this is my favourite property adjacent to pudu sentral bus terminal which connect you direct from the airport and this hotel is close to Indian restaurant named Ganesha recommend to all

location is excellent, next to south indian and hot spots... very close by to important places and transport.

Nice budget hotel with great location, have good indian veg food options near by and right is front of Pudu sentral bus terminal.

Hotel does not have any type of facility room was clean but no food facility. Room is to small with same budget you can get better hotel in KL so would suggest before booking check other option

Location is very good, right opposite to Pudu sentral bus stop if someone wants to use the bus. This is 2 mins away from South Indian veg restaurant which made it easy for beg food. Room was clean and spacious. One con was it had mosquitoes but comfortable otherwise. Better warmth or courteousness from some of the front desk would be more appreciated. Good stay overall.

Very good Location, close to Central Market , street and twin towers. Nice stay with clean rooms and good facilities at a budget price. Also close to metro station and bus stop so easy to commute if you don’t want to spend lot on transport.

staff behaviour is bad, rooms are very small, no space around the bed and there's a working table but you can barely sit there, no kitchen in the hotel. location is okay

Very bad experience. Extremely poor room service and arrogant staff at reception. You need to walk down at reception for water bottles. No staff for assistance of luggage. Iron along with iron board is kept at lobby space and common for all the rooms. I have to call 3 times at-least to reception and still they do not answer the call. Hotel treated us like we are staying for free.

Hotel is located in a prime locality and is closeby to lot of sight seeing places. A2B and Ganesha temple is within 100 mts. China Town is just behind the hotel and just across the street, you will witness the world's second tallest building Merdeka. Hotel building seems old and room and bed is small. Apart from this, it is a economical place for Indians to stay.

I had a great stay at this budget-friendly hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. For the price, it’s definitely worth it—great value for money. Would recommend to anyone looking for a neat and affordable place to stay!

Very good stay, bigger rooms and 3 pure veg restaurants within 500m of this hotel. Clean and neat hotel with major attractions nearby.

location is good...walking distance from bukit bitang market area. room size are not that....we have taken queen bed so it's was quite conjugated for two person... they don't have restorent so can't provides the basis facilities like dish plates or so. staff behaviour is good.
