Pacific Express Hotel Central Market

As mentioned in the website there was no swimming pool and gym and they were not telling what is the issue with the pool

the worst room never seen in my life local food only availed. I have wasted 3 night advance money. didn't get any refund.

good location with decent stay, food is good, room is average with all facilities. hotel is beside klang river & central market

Worst experience of our life for any hotel the where so rude asked ringets for using kettle and they asked us to wash our used towles our self because they had stain from before but they told we have done that worst hotel and worst service even the ac of the room was not working

This hotel is very good and and location is very good. Staff cooperative and polite. Price is moderate. Overall very good experience.

Hmm thats hotel are good , clean and housekeeping staf always talking with smile and genuine. But hotel” s staf don’t tell me about hotel s rule properly . But almost they are good and good cafeteria with good staff with smile

Not bad and rooms are clean and clear but unhappy with breakfast and really disappointed. If we need to book the room pls book without breakfast and u can have it near by shop. Over average recommended to select only without break fast options

Rooms are good, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping and overall cleaning are well maintained. Room service is okay and early check-in was available, which was very convenient. However, the breakfast is not okay — options are very limited and the taste could be better. Overall, it’s a good hotel for the price with nice rooms and helpful staff, but breakfast definitely needs improvement.

Prime location and top amenities. Staff was helpful, for this amount it was a very good choice and the location is just best

Location was great. Right next to central market and tear by to main city center. Have all essentials very close by like a 7/11 on the ground floor, close proximity to restaurants etc. The hotel has basic amenities. It's good if you want a place to crash, wake up and go to attractions. The worst one was the breakfast. They serve bread butter and jam and watermelon as breakfast buffet. No other option which was a huge let down.

The hotel has very good location, 5 mins walking connectivity to metro and food options near by. Things to improve- There was smell on floors and food options in breakfast were very limited

“Pacific Express Hotel Central Market is in an excellent location. It’s very close to Central Market, Chinatown, local food streets, temples, and museums, most of which are within walking distance. The facilities provided by the hotel are also very good, making it a convenient and comfortable place to stay

The facilities were apt and breakfast was neutral. Neutral in the sense, it was a simple western breakfast. The service was good and all the staffs were helpful. Central market and other places were very accessible and the surroundings were good!

The hotel room is very good And it's nearest to market where verity type of food available and everything is very close

The location was perfect for tourists. Rooms were clean. Travelled with family and overall it was a good experience

The pool was closed for maintenance. There were insects in washrooms bathing area. Overall room was clean. There which may be returned during your check-out if you have not broke anything in room. Also early check-in charges for an hour. There are no room services , and there is only 2types of breakfast in buffet, bread and another boiled rice item made.

This hotel is adjacent to Central market and very close to main attraction of the area. You’ll find good joints in walking distance and convenient to hobby walk. Hotel has great washrooms and showers. Rooms are clean and cozy. And it’s at the road corner so you get pickup and drops quickly. Swimming pool was under maintenance so we couldn’t go there. Also pillows were very big, so if you have neck issues, carry a thin pillow with you !

Good budget hotel, property in the center city of Kuala Lumpur, staff are very kind, easily accessible to other parts of the city next to Central market, china town, near by bus stop, MRT and get the taxi at anytime

Hotel is good and they gave early checking and worth for the money but Swimming pool is under construction
