The overall stay was good, The room had ample space. Room also had a water faucet which gave access to unlimited drinking water. Staff was also very courteous and helpful, the check in and check out process was smooth. Breakfast spread was good but they can add a few more vegetation items since the vegetarian option was very limited. location of the Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre is also very good right in the centre of kula lumpur most of the major attractions are a walking distance away. I recently stayed at novotel kuala lumpur and had an excellent experience. The Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre's location is convenient, offering easy access to major attractions, and the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable. What truly stood out during my stay was the friendly and attentive staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone went out of their way to ensure i had a pleasant stay. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The only suggestion i have is regarding the dining options. While the menu offers a variety of choices, i noticed that the vegetarian options were somewhat limited. Expanding the vegetarian offerings would be a great improvement and cater to a broader range of dietary preferences. Overall, novotel kl provided a memorable stay, and i highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers. With a bit more variety in the menu, particularly for vegetarians, it would be perfect.

I recently stayed at this Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Pavilion Mall and close to Chunghat Market, which made shopping and getting around very convenient. The Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre itself was well-maintained, and the staff were polite and welcoming, which made my stay comfortable. One area for improvement would be the vegetarian breakfast options — they were very limited. This place is great for non-vegetarian guests, but vegetarians might find the choices a bit lacking. Hotel is located in the centre of the city and easy access to kl tower and twin tower. Checking timing is 2. 00 pm, so if any one is landing in early morning hours then could have wait till 2. 00 pm for checkin in Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Brakefast was good and view from the too big window was very nice. Overall good experience. Thanks

Stay was great and comfortable. The staff was very polite and kind and paid attention to every detail. Food was testy( breakfast) and overall stay was very pleasant as the location added extra advantage as the Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre is situated right close to the nice places around.

Nice clean rooms with plenty of electric outlets water filter for pure drinking water was very helpful. Staff members were very helpful during our stay, always ready and willing to help. Thanks to a deb for helping us reserve airport transportation. We will definitely return if we visit kl again.

This Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre is just next to the pavilion mall. That's the best part. Breakfast options are spread across. Room size is small given the location. Having said that, service quality is good. They were quite prompt to do check in and check out. Staffs were courteous.
