Hotel 99 Pudu

Within walking distance there are metro station and attractions, markets. It's good. The staff is polite. The room is small, but the necessary furniture is there, desktop is small in depth. There is a kettle, but no mini-fridge. Bed linen and towel were clean. The toilet is clean, only stains on the mirror. The design of the room is nice, but the renovations is not new. Strange smells of staleness and cigarette smoke in the lobby, corridors and in the room. Tinted spots and peeling paint on the walls, celling. The seat of the fabric chair is stained. On the day of arrival, we were upset, but we lived for three days, I do not advise longer.

The AC was not working in room .we had to change the room.staff not friendly. Room size very small

Room: reasonably good. No freeze, which is a shortcoming for a superior family room. Hygiene is good. Health faucet is inconvenient. No restaurant. The overall lobby look is okay. Location is excellent, walking distance to china town and jalan alor, both these areas offer a variety of street food choices. On pudu road, there are affordable restaurants and convenience stores. The light rail terminal is just across the street. The bus stand is also reasonably close. These are two hospitals on the same side of the road in walking distance. The lobby has a sight seeing corner for booking tickets to attractive destinations. Staff are helpful and house keeping staff are polite.

Good staff well disciplined and mannered. They provide the best service all staff has equal treatment

The staff was super friendly and also helped in understanding the local sightseeing. Apart from that we are guided by the local transportation system.

Location is good because near little india, kl center, mart indian hotels, ab, 7 eleven stores, bukit bintang walking street

Rooms are very small, mosquito in room. Good for one day stay. Air condition also not giving cooling properly.

Location waise this is good. But overall experience was not good. Rooms are literally without ventilation. Neither fan or cross ventilation mechanism.

Worst reception staff with no etiquettes. Specially the lady staff.

The reception staff need hospitality training very badly. And urgently. Very rude and diplomatic. Specially the female staffs.
