Our room had stunning views of the twin towers. The location is another highlight. Their elevators are super slow. We were at 22nd floor a s every time to go up or to come down, the minimum wait for the elevator was 4-5 minutes. The breakfast buffet was average. The terrace has a pool and a poolside reataurant with excellent views of the towers.

Excellent food variety in breakfast, close to metro, on main road, near Petronas and KL towers. Excellent view of both towers from room windows of higher floors.

The hotel was in a good location. 5 minute walk to the monorail. So good connectivity. But it is a bit far from city. If you want to walk through city, suggest to take a hotel in klcc, otherwise for each and every thing we need to take cab or monorail. Also, there are no good restaurants nearby. Hotel wise it is good. Breakfast was also food, with food variety, serving indian, local, and continental breakfast. Rooms were slightly small, and slightly old. But the hotel is good overall. Also provides a rooftop swimming pool.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn South in KL. Everything was great—from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and helpful staff.

Stay/Services was just Average, not matching the Indian Hospitality Service Standards, Small Room sizes and not much on Breakfast Menu for vegetarian people

The room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and offered stunning views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and housekeeping ensured everything stayed perfect throughout our stay.

Stay was pretty good. Size of room was small but enough for 2 people. Room even had a bathtub. The highlight was the swimming pool. Less vegetarian food options available.

Location is ok. Not the best. Have to turn around quite a bit to reach bukit bintang. Cabs take 30 Myr in peak hours and 10 in non peak. Hotel is over all ok. Very budget hotel. Rooms are decent. Linen is good. Service doesn’t exist. Food quality is poor. Pool is on rooftop but in poor shape. Don’t go on photos alone. Bathroom shower is bad design with all water coming out all over the place. I m not saying it’s a bad hotel. It’s a budget hotel. Go with correct expectations.

The hotel is very nice, with spacious rooms and helpful staff who are always ready to assist. They serve a nice breakfast to start your day, and the top-floor rooms offer a fantastic view of KL Tower, Petronas Twin Towers, and Merdeka Tower. A wonderful experience overall!

Starting with a smooth Check-in, Polite and Humble staff to guide and respond to the queries. I had a KL Tower view room. KL Tower is completely visible as mentioned. Swimming Pool is good. Do not miss the view from Top Floor (Swimming Pool). They are regularly maintaining the pH of the pool as well. This is one of the good experiences I had experienced and I will recommend the visit. Thanks.

Useless staff. Don’t speak English properly. No empathy to people who come to stay at hotel. Don’t speak proper English
