Food is a disaster, always cold food. Staff doesn't have courtesy to keep the food warm till the Breakfast time gets over. Staff behavior is extremely rude. Specially that guy on the reception counter. Never humble while speaking.

The location of place is good but the room sizes and food is terrible. There is no housekeeping facilities properly available throughout. Not a great place for leisure visitors

neat and clean, comfortable stay. staff cooperative. nearby indian hotel available. MRT/LRT just 400 metres away, so I availed cheap and best service

During Online Booking We Submitted Special request for early check in.But when we reach hotel staff refuse for early checkin after we offer to extra payment we request only one Bathroon for shower.but Hotelstaff not provide a single bathroom after many request. TV is not working . bathroom and lavotory very small no pure veg food in morning breakfas

Great budget option plus outstanding location. The room was small but cozy and sufficient for the price paid. Perfect for couples or single people. The location of the hotel is very near to the Masjid Jamek LRT station which goes to all major attractions to the city. There's one 7 Eleven nearby and one KK Mart nearby to solve all your midnight cravings. There are multiple food and drinks places within a 500m walk.

washroom was wet.. my friend told him to change my room but they refuse to change room ... my friend disappointed..

The hotel’s location was good, near masjid jamek and 8mins walk to KL sentral but the room itself was disgusting especially the bathroom, I checked after the trip you can gave a better hostel or cheaper hotel thank this. The room was already okay to be use but they still ask me to wait but when he realized I was supposed to be checkin 1 day ahead that when he said I come and settle, this means that they wont allow early checkin thinking I came 20mins before checkin time.
