Izumi Hotel Bukit Bintang

Room was too small, but location was awesome. I booked for my family of 2 kids and 2 adults but the room was tooooooooo tiny.

I have taken deluxe room, property located centrally and more convenient, staff very cooperative, maintenance is good.

We lost our room card they charged around 20 ringgit usually hotels don’t charge

The hotel was situated on prime location & the front desk hotel team behavior was excellent. Loved the full stay for 5 nights. Excellent

This hotel is at the heart of Bukit Bintang. Accessibility to metro, monorail Station 150m around, food street and night life is very good in this area, city tour bus Station is near by, walkable distance to KLCC tower and other major attractions.

The main attraction of this hotel is its location. It's at the heart of Bukit Bintang, and the Jalan Alor street is nearby. In terms of cleanliness, room space and all the Hotel is below average. The rooms were small and had a terrible moldy smell, which forced me to buy a room freshener. The security measure they had was that the elevator can only be operated by your room Key card nice if your room is on the 7th floor, you can only go to the 7th floor. and I really had a hard time meeting my, friends who were on a different level. Even the emergency exits are access-controlled. No, wardrobes provided, and there was no provision to connect the hair dryer in the washroom.

Good place, its situated in in central so traveling is easy.

Hotel is good maintained and location

When have request for early check in and breakfast but there was no breakfast service was available it's was very disappointing when I was asking them they told that our restaurant was under renovation but I request to serve the breakfast in the room but they denied Plz look into this kind of small issue

The area it was situated was just perfect for any tourist who is visiting Kuala Lumpur for the first time.

Good hotel, good location but food is not so great, it is located in a convenient place, happening clubs/Hotels and shopping arenas . . Small rooms with basic amenities. For Indian travellers it will be a basic hotel. Over all the hotel is okie for 2days stay

You can simply not have a better located budget luxury hotel better than this . Reception service was not very warm and welcoming but over all it was an amazing place to be in. NiM is a Nepali guy who can communicate in Hindi as well and is very helpful and very nice gentleman . Thank you for your help Nim . Nearby Arabian and middle East food was also amazing . Hot water shower here is excellent . Over room with a view of both KL tower and personas tower . Simply amazing .
