Good Place to stay, nearby to market and train station and other entertainment hubs. Staffs are very cordial, helpful and well behaved.

Location is fantastic near to many many restaurants,is also very close to k.l .central where from you can take tram and metro to anywhere in Kuala Lumpur,also metro to airport. Hotel is very clean and staff is very helpful specifically front desk team.will come back soon.

Had a great experience at Hotel Nu Sentral, Kuala Lumpur. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from Sentral Station, making it super convenient for buses, trains, and airport transfers. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering great comfort after a day out in the city. Plenty of food options available around the hotel 24/7, and the area comes alive at night with clubs and happening streets just a stone's throw away. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!

The rooms were very small as compared to the picture while booking the room. No bf available, however the staff was cooperative.

It's nice place to stay

This a good and convenient hotel for solo travellers. The room and the toilet so small. Nearer have mrt/lrt/bus station and lots of food court especially indian food

The rooms are too small where i couldn’t even keep my luggages and other stuffs. The bathroom area is extremely small, a single person cannot shower in there. Its too small where if a turn around while showering, they will end up hitting against a wall or the mirror partition.

I have stayed for a period of 12 days, so i have quite a good experience to share. The location is perfect as we have many public transport options near by. The maintenance is good, but can be improved a bit regarding the internet and tv availability. The staff maintained the room and premises clean. There is no food available inside the hotel so we need to buy from outside. There are a lot of options for food around the hotel, so it’s not a problem. Good hygiene is maintained. Quiet and peaceful experience.

Hotel is located in the center of the city and it’s a hub to all types of transport system, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were humble and very professional. Over all very good stay and i recommend this hotel for those who look for places near indian restaurants

The location of the hotel is the best. It’s just 1 min walk to kl sentral railway station. The room was also very clean. All basic amenities provided. The stay was perfect.

Nu hotel is very close to kl sentral station and central mall. The staff are well behaved. Many indian restaurants are nearby. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Staff is well behaved, lacks cleanliness but at good spot to travel anywhere in kl using train, monorail or cab or bus. Also has laundry place very close and domino's too.

Very nice hotel , very close to KL sentral, plenty of eating choices all around . Very efficient front desk , very helpful and friendly. I would certainly come back to this hotel !
