The Metro Hotel KL Sentral

Nice place to stay and had been every also but only thing is the reception is not that great and one lift you have to keep waiting

The hotel was in a very good location near to bus and metro station. best location for Indian as we can get indian food options and other useful stuff easily. Regarding amenities, I would suggest they should add some more amenities like Indian channels on tv, bell man for luggage transfer and cupboard for putting bags. The service was good the daily cleaning staff and reception was very helpful during my stay.

Front desk staff did not greet me on arrival. There was no information in the room about hotel rules, emergency exit, etc. there was a cockroach in the bathroom. I informed front desk and soon a person came to the room. He sprayed repellent.

They have a wide variety of food near by and also very nearby to metro station which has center City that is (kl sentral )

Good hotel, location fantastic at little India, restaurants, shopping malls are close to the hotel. Kl Sentral bus terminal very close to hotel just 3 to 4 minutes, so frequently buses are available from airport to kl sentral to airport

The inside restaurant was closed and one day we are unable to eat breal fast & there is no prior information from front desk. I have asked towel for next day but response from reception there is shortfal of towels in hotel.

Since we booked a basic room, it was basic only. Room was quite small with tv, mirror, chair. The washroom was fine with basic amenities but toothbrush and tooth paste was not present. The only disappointment was they do not have any bellboy to carry the luggage to the room, you have to carry you liable yourself. For breakfast they provide a coupon to the nearby restaurant which gave us 6 options to choose from, we could choose only one among-st 6 options and its not buffet like other hotels.

Location 100 out of 100 but ac not working in room have to change 2 rooms but same result. Also breakfast is not in-house and only offerd in outside hotel but very low in portion and limited options so never include breakfast in hotel booking.
