They have very average breakfast spread. No live counters. Early check in was denied despite the fact that the place seemed to have vacant rooms & we had requested early check in as per my flight schedule. They refused even though my wife was unwell when we reached 2 hours before scheduled check in time. Apartment was good & spacious.

Property is in prime place all the sight seeing places are in 5 kms radius. Rooms are huge and spacious. Staff are excellent and supportive. Done already

Amazing Suites at a prime location. The view from the rooms have a comple 270 degree glance of the cityscape. Location is in the heart of the city close to Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor Night Market and KLCC with a variety of bars and restaurants for your selection.

Absolutely loved the stay, amazing point. I could see petron twin towers from my room. Hardly 3-4 mins walk and you will reach Petron towers, mall, decath, lake dhow in the evening and even train station. Rooms were clean, spacious, I had an amazing time.

Spacious room, neat and clean. Excellent travel desk where they suggested and well planned our travel itinerary. Staff were polite and helpful. Placed at central location, near to Indian restaurants, shopping malls. Outside food is allowed in the hotel.

very clean and better than going for 5 star hotels. amazing location. 10 min walk to everything. and much easier to get cab

Good service and Hygiene rooms. They didn’t provide top floor as the view is not ok for the floors below 10. I booked 1 month before even though they refused to provide higher floors.

We felt that we are in our homes. Staff are very polite and maintenance is very tidy up to 30 floors lift takes 10 minutes to reach. Swimming pool is on rooftop.

Comfortable stay in the prime location. The food and the services at the front office are excellent. I would love to stay in my future visits.

The hotel is located at very convenient location from the major tourist attractions like Petronas Towers, KL Tower, Bukit Bintang, KLCC Park, Pavilion Mall, Suria KLCC Mall . One can either take a cab or just stroll around and can reach all the points within 15-20mins by walk. The rooms are spacious, clean and being a serviced apartment one gets kitchente too. Breakfast has very limited options for vegetarian. It has 2 swimming pool, one at the top and other on the 1st floor. U can get urself clicked from the pool. Overall a good pleasant stay with the kids. highly recommended.

Overall property is fine but main issue is front desk and management. Location is fine (you barely see the popular building) from flats. Despite booking 3+ months in advance and premium suite we had to literally request for upper floor still got just one of the middle floors. Any decent management will book on FCFS basis. Rude front desk clearly favourable to some. Will suggest to avoid staying here

Very cooperative staff...centrally located to all places of interest. Jalan Alor night market, Pavillion Mall, Hop On Bus, etc all with in walking distance...7/11, Indian food, veg n fruits shops n lot many restaurant just close by within 300m. A very clean n hygienic hotel. Strongly recommend n this was our second stay at the same hotel

Person at the counter Very helpful in check in, also helped us in suggesting best way to come to Hotel from Airport. Also, Very clear instructions about what services are available. They were helpful in giving us morning breakfast packed for our son , as all were not ready by 10 am next day due to late night check-in. Rooms were clean, the only thing is they were stingy in providing towels and tea/coffee packs upfront while we had paid for 3 persons , overall very pleasant stay 😊 thanks

Top floor Swimming pool not working, our room was average not a 5 star , entrance and food is good

Location is good service can be better food was good I think they should give one day refund as we leave one day early due to current situation of india I was not given refund or 6 month extension as war situation in india much disappointed with mmt amd amari phuket
