Perfect place to stay with family

Everything about this Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur was great: beautiful room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff and a perfect location! i atayed forb3nighta wot h mybfamily of 4. Upon arrival, we were offered for room upgrade to family room which was more than expectations at nominal ad on of my r 200 per day. It had a separate room for kids with tent bed. Location was also good. Hardly 1km walking to petronas towers. Also few indian reataurant nearby. Staff was very comparative from reception/concierge and housekeeping, concierge guys were very helpful to guide u places and arrange taxis. Hotel offered daily multiple activities for kids to keep them engaged with enjoyment. Overall, nice stay at the Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur. Would prefer to stay again!

We had four day stay and absolutely loved the experience. Rooms were spacious and clean. Excellent housekeeping. Breakfast spread is wide and suitable for all pallets. From Chinese to Japanese to Continental to Italian to Malaysian, all were amazing. Lunch buffet at Lemon Garden restaurant was the best of all meals. Fresh fish and seafood was the highlight. Staffs are extremely courteous and helpful. The restaurant at the lobby level was little slow in service. Overall very nice experience. They are centrally located - 10 min walk from Petronas tower and even have shuttles to major touristic places within KL

What an amazing stay! The Shangri-La completely exceeded our expectations. The highlights were the incredible breakfast buffet and the truly outstanding service from everyone—front desk, restaurants, and housekeeping. A major bonus is the Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur's ideal location. It's close to major tourist attractions, which makes it a perfectly convenient and strategic choice. You get the best of both worlds: easy access to everything you want to see, and a luxurious, peaceful haven to come back to. A truly five-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

It was a nice stay, very clean and dedicated staffs. Very good ambience, food was excellent, morning buffet was amazing, we loved it. I recommend others to visit at-least one time in shangri la Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur when they visit malaysia. Thanks shangri la staffs for all the support they provided.
