My Hotel @ Bukit Bintang

The stay was good but service were also decent location was the good thing ,it was in heart of the city and services might have been better !

Not at all good for a stay, Rooms are very small, also hotel is little smelly staff is also not corporative, so better to choose some other hotel

Chill omelette cold tea 4 hours late check out charges 70 ringgit we stay four days no bathroom clean no bad sheets change. Complain so many times but no response

There is no room service in 2 days they also not change any bedsheet and towels, Telephone in room also not working these type of service that's why give 3 star

The reception lady very bad they’re not responding to customer. They are very rude. Breakfast also not nice. They don’t have Indian breakfast.

This property is not good for indian. On mmt they have mentioned they provides indian food but they don’t indian breakfast. Even after so many requests they didn’t served us. The stay was not satisfy there. Rooms are also not big enough. Also they don’t provide housekeeping and cleaning of rooms if you stay longer for duration. Even for getting water bottles from hotel you need to struggle a lot. They don’t provide water bottles also.

All amenities are good but room is little short. It is in the middle of the city. Good views and easy cab access.

It’s dirty and sleeping bed is the most worst part and house keeping also not professional and with that when i complain the the hotel authorities no proper response from them and along that makemy trip put my call on hold for 30 min to resolve the issue but no help as i have cut the phone from my side

The front desk man was not cooperative has to struggle for veg foods and sight seeing there to see.

Nice stay attractions are nearby especially the jalan alor food street and the night life at bukit bintang. The imbi monarail station only walking distance. Staff and hotel are good in my solo experience indian restaurants are nearby. I didnt take any photos of the hotel.

I called at the reception at midnight 2 am for a water bottle and he said no water bottle right now. We will get in the morning only. The worst part is at the breakfast you will see cockroaches and the staff after seeing it also not bother to do anything. In the bathroom they don't have soap bar it's just a soap dispenser in the shower area. They need to look into these few things. The rest is all good

The location of the hotel is very comfortable for transportation and walkable distance for indian restaurants.

The rooms are not spacious and there are not much options for the breakfast buffet. But the hotel is in prime location.

The best budget hotel in the heart of kuala lumpur city. It’s affordable, rooms clean, good service, good food, etc

The property was clean and the staff was very helpful. We found this property when we were walking on bukit bintang street.
