familyMy recent stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the hotel itself was fine, there were a few areas that could be improved. There was a delay during both check-in and check-out, and the staff wasn’t as proactive in assisting with luggage as i had hoped. That said, the overall experience was still pleasant, and i believe with a little more attention to guest services, the hotel could offer a much smoother experience.

This is very close to Maharajalela monorail station which is the third from KL sentral and can reach within 5 minutes from there. Close to Chinese cultural center and if you cross over the road by foot overbridge you can reach Chinatown. You can start fresh and energetic with their buffet breakfast which is really good.
