Holiday Inn Express KUALA LUMPUR CITY CENTRE

The Hotel is good but they do not provide room service for food.No swimming pool as well. The rooms are non smoking rooms but we had lot of smoke coming from the bathroom from adjoining rooms. We have already complained to the hotel.

we stayed 3 days it was nice and different environment and we are happy my kids are enjoyed the hotel as well as morning breakfast.

I always prefer to stay at IGH 1 group of hotels( Holiday Inn Express in Kualalumpur, Holiday Inn in Krabi etc.). I stayed at Kualalumpur & Krabi hotels. Their hospitality is very good.

It was a nice stay and very cosy and all are helpful and we stayed for 3 nights and breakfast is nice and Lot of variety

It’s a decent place to stay. Clean room, excellent location, easy check in and check out. Breakfast not very friendly to Indian menu, but very diverse.

It was a comfortable stay. The brand, location and the price were the main reasons we chose this hotel. Breakfast could have more hot vegetarian options but that’s a problem across Malaysia

Choosing Holiday Inn for our trip turned out to be a wonderful decision the moment we arrived. The staff was warm and welcoming, and a special mention goes to Mr. Hasan at the booking desk, who made our stay truly comfortable and memorable. Though Holiday Inn is known for its compact deluxe rooms as a budget hotel, our 4-night, 3-day stay was excellent. We were initially concerned after reading some reviews, but thanks to Mr. Hasan, we received a room that was cozy and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. Everything popular—Bukit Bintang, KLCC Tower, Chinatown, and KL Sentral—is within a 1–3 km radius, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the city on foot. The only limitation we felt was the breakfast options for Indians, which were a bit limited. However, for non-vegetarians, the spread was delightful. Overall, from food and location to comfort and service, Holiday Inn exceeded our expectations and made our Kuala Lumpur trip truly enjoyable.

The hotel is not value for the money, the room was too small, the bathroom lacked basic hygiene. Only breakfast was good

We had a wonderful stay as we made the last minute bookings here being duped by our agent on booking a pathetic property. Holliday Inn is something you can trust with closed eyes !! And it never disappoints. Proximity to the central places as being a tourist walking has to be easy to save time & money . All high street malls. Buildings KLCC Tower ,Petronas Twin Towers , 117 & KLCC park in the vicinity.Hood rooms . Only minus....BREAKFAST SPREAD NOT OF HOLIDAY INN LEVEL . May be because its express 🙂

Rooms were extremely small. Not comfortable for a couple. Will be perfect for one person. Location is good and easily accessible.

Excellent stay at Holiday Inn Express — super clean rooms, high hygiene, and very polite & cooperative staff. Walking distance to KL Tower and just 10 mins drive to Chinatown & Twin Towers. Perfect choice for a comfortable stay.

I have been staying in Holiday Inns across the world for 11 years now and still have not had a single bad experience. The best amenity they provide other the splendid always included breakfast is the self service laundry which is especially helpful when you have kids.

The hotel was quite good, with excellent hygiene and helpful staff. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and the location is ideal, right in the heart of the city. It's easy to grab a ride, and the reception also has a tourist counter where you can plan your tours. Nearby, you'll find stores with everything you might need, along with a McDonald's and Family Mart, which also has an ATM that accepts multiple types of cards for cash withdrawal. The only minor suggestion would be to offer a wider selection of Indian breakfast options. As many Indian travelers visit Kuala Lumpur, it would be a nice addition to cater to their preferences.

Great experience staying in Holiday Inn Express. Great hospitality by Hasan and the room was good with clean sheet and clean wash room. Location of the hotel is good as it is in the prime area. Rooms are little small but that is Ok if you are staying as a couple or alone. Food breakfast menu can be improved

Location is in the center of the city, rooms are small, don't have intercom but manage through whatsapp.

Rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable. Food was decent, but could use more vegetarian options (personal bias). Great location for transport – Grab pickup/drop-off is easy, and monorail and bus stops are nearby. The hotel could benefit from having its own in-house restaurant. There is a nearby Mexico-Indian fusion restaurant, but it's pricey compared to options in Genting Highlands. Final Verdict: A good, convenient place to stay in KL.

Rooms are good and clean, nothing very fancy but does the job. Location is really great in city center, can walk around to many malls and even twin tower. Indian food options in breakfast can be improved otherwise a really good stay.
