Great location. You can easily walk to Butik Bintang and Petronas Towers complex which houses Acquaria KLCC and Suria Mall. Nearest Monorail station was a mere 250-meter walk. You can catch a monorail to KL Sentral and so many other places. Rooms were small but clean and well appointed. There isn’t much for room-delivery. They put 2 500 ml water bottles in your room. If you need more, you can go to the reception at level 1 and get more bottles for free. They have a common laundry room also where you can do your laundry for 15 ringgit and dry them too for an additional 15 ringgit. You will find it useful in the humid climate that KL has. Breakfast is good for non-vegetarians. Not that vegetarians will go hungry, but they won’t have many choices. Water bottles are available for free at the reception. Call Grab for your local sight-seeing. Overall, an excellent place to stay. I think I got value for the money I spent there.

The property is just 1.5 kms from the Petronas Towers and 1 km from the KL Tower. Close to Bukit Bintang where you find a lot eateries. The service at the Holiday Inn Express KUALA LUMPUR CITY CENTRE was exceptional; the staff is friendly and understanding. They extended my check-out by a couple of hours so that I could stay longer to catch the evening flight and also helped book a Grab to the airport. I could store my luggage at the Holiday Inn Express KUALA LUMPUR CITY CENTRE after check-out so that I could go out and have my lunch, and do some last minute shopping before moving on. Morning breakfast included a good spread. Loved the hospitality. Would love to stay with IHG group facilities for my future holidays. 5

Our family stay at Holiday inn express at KLCC was really comfortable. At prime location and very close to Bukit Bintang food street and at walkable distance to Petronas towers. The room was spacious, budget-friendly and had everything that made us feel comfortable. Friendly front desk executive (Hasan) was quite supportive and kind enough to provide extra water bottles when needed. The buffet breakfast spread needs a special mention. Awesome taste and varieties. Only problem we faced was with the elevators. Most of the time, only 2 elevators were working and we ended up waiting for a long time. Other than this one issue, everything else was excellent here. Highly recommended.

Rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable. Food was decent, but could use more vegetarian options (personal bias). Great location for transport – Grab pickup/drop-off is easy, and monorail and bus stops are nearby. The Holiday Inn Express KUALA LUMPUR CITY CENTRE could benefit from having its own in-house restaurant. There is a nearby Mexico-Indian fusion restaurant, but it's pricey compared to options in Genting Highlands. Final Verdict: A good, convenient place to stay in KL.

Great experience staying in Holiday Inn Express. Great hospitality by Hasan and the room was good with clean sheet and clean wash room. Location of the Holiday Inn Express KUALA LUMPUR CITY CENTRE is good as it is in the prime area. Rooms are little small but that is Ok if you are staying as a couple or alone. Food breakfast menu can be improved

It was a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Kuala Lumpur.The room was neat and clean.Service was good but the only disappointing thing was the buffet breakfast.Though there was a vast spread but it was more or less the same everyday without much changes.Breakfast could have been better. Over all had a pleasant stay.

Rooms are good and clean, nothing very fancy but does the job. Location is really great in city center, can walk around to many malls and even twin tower. Indian food options in breakfast can be improved otherwise a really good stay.
