Pleasant stay. Rooms are compact but nicely done. Everything was clean and well maintained. Location is really good as you have Central market next to the hotel and few food joints as well. Sightseeing points are also within 2-3 kms. Breakfast was good though spread is limited. We wanted an early check-in as we reached at 8 30 in the morning but it was not given to us. Overall good option if you are looking for a budget stay

Good place neat and clean, the center location makes the place worthy. I am vegetarian and there was no option available but Mr Ridwan and elya make it easy and arrange veg breakfast for us. Location is best

Best Service and receptionists. They cooperated so much and went extra miles to serve us. They allowed us to keep the luggage for the entire day although they knew that we were shifting to some cheaper hotel. This gesture was not expected and it made us happy. And every service that was mentioned was there. There was no gap between commitment and implementation

No maintenance and no cleaning and worst service because only one lift is working and food was very worst I won’t recommend this property 😡😡

Excellent location - walkable distance from petaling street and metro station. Rooms are well equipped, neat, and spacious enough. Front desk and security are helpful though there’s no travel desk available for your private travel needs.

Location was good but hotel staff was very rude and helpless. They have centralised ac and they forced me to use that temperature. Everyone has their own temperature requirements. They doesn’t do room cleaning every day too and that was also i was not happy.

It was really a pleasure to stay in travelodge chinatown and just loved the response and hospitality from the staff and the services made

I find this property. Everything was excellent for solo as well as family except breakfast very low, but in this rate breakfast no mean.

During my stay, i noticed that the shower drain in my room 4005 was blocked. This caused water to accumulate quickly, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Despite my efforts to manage the water flow, it continued to pool, which was both inconvenient and unhygienic. I hope you can address this issue promptly for future guests. Otherwise, my experience at your hotel was positive, and i appreciated the other amenities and services provided. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hotel was neat and clean. Not much space in room. Toilet was cramped. Location was excellent. All tourist spots closeby.

1. The room was stinking. 2. Pathetic room service. We gave multiple reminders for room cleaning every single day which they failed to do it, bath towels were in bad condition and also not providing the complimentary water bottles. 3. In the name of breakfast, they just had bread, butter, jam and tea-coffee. 4. Staff was rude and unfriendly. Overall a worst experience.

Hotel is good, good location, but very very poor service. During our two days stay, we didn't get anything, not even water at hotel room. No room clean, they said no staff to bring water and other items. We used to go to reception to get the items will never stay at travelodge any more.

It was a good value for money hotel located just outside the central market chinatown. Nearest mart station was pasar sen i which was at walking distance. Also, kl02 bus commute was available for free from pasar sen i bus terminal to klcc area. Petaling street was nearby too.

Very good location, clean room and good staffs. Stayed there for 3 days, petaling market, central market and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended and worth.
