Location wise very good. Room needed to be cleaned properly as the property is old needs maintenance toilet and bathroom were cleaned but the carpet needs to be replaced ,for indian is good option for vegetarian restaurants sangita

Location was good, has a lot of restaurants and easy to communicate. Hotel bathroom was clean. I like its central location in kl.

The bathroom has cocroch. In adequate light in room. Toilet hose has no jet only a pipe. No sleeper provided. No toothbrush/paste. Room orientation is not good.

3 charged for breakfast but never prepared they buy outside very useless just waste of money for the three days

Food options for vegetarians are very less else stay is good, hotel is located in the market itself and you can get everything nearby

Please serve indian buffet breakfast whenever guests are including breakfast in the stay-package. If only one plate breakfast is being provided, then it is better to opt for a stay without breakfast. Facilities like toiletry kit, health faucets should be provided. It looked like, health faucets were removed purposefully. Toothpaste and brushes were not provided. Booking details were not communicated with hotel property, thus we had to pay for child bed additionally (though it was mentioned at the time of booking)

Hi the hotel is very good place to stay. It's worth every penny paid. Room was very clean and neat. Service was very good. Washroom was very neat and cleaning people are attending on daily basis to make up the room. It's a good stay with the palace hotel.

Best location for indians pure veg food available near by shopping are surrounded and hotel is good and neat and clean staff are too good and cooperative room are neat and clean near to this hotel u can find sangeeta restaurant and a2b restaurant

No shower in room, tourist tax, no basic things provided, one towel for two days stay

2. 5 km to kl rower 1. 5 km to twin towers 1 km monorail stop room needs led tv instead of old tv very good pure veg indian restaurants 150 m away just opposite is masjid and they pr-pray 5 times everyday in loud speaker

Room is good but a bit costly. Should be somewhat cheaper. They didn't provide breakfast saying time is over. Nobody informed me about the timing of breakfast. When i enquired about breakfast, they said they can't provide as the time is over. It is till 10. 30 only. However other things are okay. Location is good. Nearby there is a good vegetarian restaurant.
