Pacific Regency Hotel Suites

Good enough and no frills set up. Quiet and ideally, centrally located. Location is the best, bang opposite kl tower and in the heart of city, walkable to many of the locations. Facing the Pacific Regency Hotel Suites shangri-la, indigo. Best part order food via grab app(just like zomato) which can delivered to Pacific Regency Hotel Suites lobby. We went without any plans /arrangement. Lobby has travel desk managed by aravind of jk emerald tours who can arrange all the travel requirements with grace. The Pacific Regency Hotel Suites is set to gore renovation but right now its no frills Pacific Regency Hotel Suites. The soi 23 restaurant which is in house has a very mediocre breakfast spread but if you have indian taste order breakfast on grab. We used grab food for almost everyday and satisfied. We had a memorable, fun filled holidays.

Pacific Regency boasts a fantastic location, and the value for the rooms is impressive! During my stay, I truly enjoyed the accommodations. However, I found the restaurant services didn’t quite measure up to what you'd expect from a Pacific Regency Hotel Suites of this caliber. I noticed that room and Pacific Regency Hotel Suites services lacked the promptness I was hoping for, with food trays lingering in the corridor for what felt like the entire day. This might have been a result of the hectic New Year’s week, though. Despite these hiccups, I had a wonderful stay overall and I'm optimistic that these minor issues will be addressed in the future!

Overall, stay was good the location of the Pacific Regency Hotel Suites is good great swimming pool nice staff our lock of room got stuck one day, but the staff was very quick in response there were very few vegetarian options in breakfast. The tase of those vegetarian options was also not so good.

Good choice, just 400mtr walkable from the nearest metro. Nearby kl tower, building is old, but renovated and trying to maintain well. Room is spacious and basic amenities with kitchen available. Bath tub available. Breakfast was good, except two of the items were not good. But we enjoyed it.

Next to kl tower, the place is wonderful for people travel-ling from abroad. Near to market and can connect easily with the remaining parts of the city quickly. Food is not that grate, they have a 27/11 within the Pacific Regency Hotel Suites which is a big help.

I stayed with my family for 3 nights. It was a great experience. Excellent location, Great hospitality . All the top attractions are nearby from this property.

Beautiful rooms. Well behaved and helpful staff. Allowed us early check-in and made sure we are comfortable. Also, the room view is beautiful.
