Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Jumeirah Emirates Towers Dubai. Everything about the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Dubai was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We stayed at jumeirah emirates towers for 7 nights. Should say that this was our best decision as not just that the property was luxurious but everything about it was way beyond our expectations. Right from guest services to breakfast spread, cleanliness, views from our room, everything was just a wow! we will definitely come back. This property is highly recommended

My best experience at jumeirah emirates tower was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in procedures. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered stunning views of the dubai skyline.

Great in everything, prefect location and hospitality was 5Star . Rooms and toiletries was so cool . Food could have been better, limited options and repeated every day. Housekeeping staff do a wonderful job of keeping the room pretty good. Bed was very comfortable and perfect relaxation.

Very well maintained luxury Jumeirah Emirates Towers Dubai. Lovely views from the room. The staff is very polite. Good breakfast options for indians. Very well connected to city attractions. All in all would highly recommend this Jumeirah Emirates Towers Dubai.

If your stay around downtown/difc this Jumeirah Emirates Towers Dubai would standout. Renovated cleanspacious natural lightsmooth checkin/checkoutrich breakfast. Reasonably priced compared to the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Dubais around it. 9/10.

Amazing views super property staff was excellent especially jun e from housekeeping who looked after us on the 29th floor cafe had lovely desserts access to main tourist attractions and super fun at wild wadi thankyou so much

Too much disturbance and noise due to lobby work. Room service not efficient. It was mentioned that they have exclusive indian restraint but it was common

Good location and good amenities with helpful staff. However, it's spa does not have any sauna, stream room or jacuzzi - only massage therapies are available. Very limited choice of indian food in breakfast.

Although the location suggests a business Jumeirah Emirates Towers Dubai its a lovely property with access to many restaurants and close to Dubai Mall. Room was very well appointed and the service was excellent.
