Imperial Hotel Apartment

Hotel, location, staff rooms, kitchen, all is good and clean. But when I was there their washing machine is not working and because of that I am in trouble. Other wise its very good Hotel. Even next time I am also prefer this Hotel. Its cool.

We had a pleasant stay, provided the accommodation 2 hrs early than the check-in time without complain, had all required kitchen equipment for cooking, we felt as we are staying in our own house. Thank you.

Quite close to metro and no time restrictions

Next to a metro Station this Hotel is quite good with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and tidy. Overall a good experience.

If you guys are looking for an apartment at a very good price then go for imperial hotel apartments. It's very close to Meena bazaar. Wi-Fi speed it superb and hotel amenities are good and clean.

The hotel property is old. The hotel is conveniently located between Burjuman and Al Fahidi metro and has good food joints around is walkable distance. However the rooms were clean. I was upgraded to a family room which was a bonus. WiFi is available only in lobby and for extra cost in rooms.

Poor quality is here do not send someone here.

Worst hotel of the area. Rude reception staff. Not at all suggested to stay in this hotel. Pais wifi, water. Worst services. Better options available nearby.

Only positive point is location. Close to 2 Metro Stations Al Fahidi and Burjuman. Else stay was very poor. Rooms had water leakage from ceiling. At check in time they had no information of my booking till half an hour so I had wait in lobby.

Apartment is very nice with good space. Staff was also very nice and cooperative person. It was a very good experience with Great Location. Walking distance to Burjuman Mall and near metro station. I will advise family travelers to go with that property as it's come under budget. It's Breakfast is also good.

The hotel overall was a pain. I requested for the early check in prior to 1 month. They could not arrange that. I waited at reception for 5 hours after my tiring flight from India and after standing in immigration line for 2 hours. The food was horrible and it looked like the timing for breakfast is intentionally kept from 5.30 to 9.30 in the morning so people who come for vacation and seeing the city till late night cannot have that. The house keeping staff are hopeless as they gave dirty towels in the bathroom and bed sheet was not changed. After I complained the staff said that why you did not tell earlier that you need bed sheet put everyday. It was shock for me as I was expected to follow up for cleaning when it was their job.
