Very courteous and helpful staff. The location is extraordinary. Everything available around the hotel including indian food restaurants. The metro station is just 400 meters. Over and above you start your day with a king size breakfast spread.

Location is good, nearer to metro station. Availability of taxi, grocery shops and food stall were plenty. Property is nicely maintained. Food was tasty. We ordered chicken briyani which was yummy.

Holiday inn is one of the best hotels with all amenities in dubai. Check in and check out are hassle free. Requests made over calls or emails are acknowledged immediately and responded to.

Had a very pleasant experience of staying at holiday inn, al barsha. The location is extremely convenient as it's walking distance from mall of emirates and metro stations. Also the rooms are convenient. All this at an extremely convenient pricing on makemytrip. Thanks to mm t that my trip was so successful.

We stayed for about a week. Excellent location on sz road with close proximity to metro station. Cooperative staff members. Enjoyable buffet breakfast with indian & continental spread. Good view of burj al arab from roof top. Overall, hassle free & comfortable stay.

We stayed at holiday inn for 4 days and had an amazing experience. Mr. Khurram and ms. Nazma were so courteous to help us with early check-in and helped accommodate us in premium room. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and provided best hospitality. Breakfast is awesome and they have lots of options. It was really a great surprise when entire staff gathered for my wife’s birthday celebration. Special thanks to mr. Prashant and his staff for arranging the same.

food - good. staff - not friendly. facilities - i booked 2 rooms based on details assuring of city view, but was given a no view ( facing another building wall was the view given)
