Al Jawhara Metro Hotel

Very supportive and helpful staff, regular cleaning of rooms and made us comfortable thorughout our stay. Very close to metro station and thus very convenient

Generally the staff are good and always ready to attend to our need. The location is close to union metro and al gurar mall. There many restaurants in around the facility. However, the building is old, there is no provision for basic toiletries such toothpaste, tooth brush and my room does not have microwave.

At the reception u'll always find 3-4 guys staring wierdly on you entry exit. The room was cleaned once in our 4 night 5 days stay. We were not even asked for a bottel of water through out our stay

Staffs were very helpful especially ankit.

Superb experience I have no words

The overall experience was good, very near to union Metro Station.

The location of the Hotel was perfect since we were visiting for the first time. Union Metro Station is right next to the Hotel which is the prime Station. There are grocery stores, restaurants near the Hotel

The best location. 2 mins walk to bus or Metro station. Nearby hotels are very good and tasty. People over the hotel, surroundings and hotels are most welcoming. Liked a lot. Shopping options are too good. Budget friendly and superb quality.

Good location. Poor maintenance, broken things remain broken, bathroom locked remained non working for our entire stay of 10 days. Only one electric socket available.

Overall experience is not so great

Just 5 minutes walk from Union and Baniyas square Metro Station. Close walking distance from the Souths.

There were broken furniture in the room and in washroom. Lift was very old (may be 20 years old) my experience there was not good due to room feel but staff were polite.

The hotel is located right on the Union metro station. It is in marketplace with all facilities around. Staff behaviour excellent. They allowed me 3 hour early check-in. Also kept my luggage for 12 hrs. All at no additional cost. Highly recommended.

Hotel is located at prime location easily can access public transport. Metro station is located by walkable distance and bus station also very close to hotel easily access shopping malls its very close to hotel.
