good budget hotel, neat and clean, good service. but one problem is they have varied rooms in the same category and they differ in size, amenities quite a bit. sometimes they can mess up allotment, but will rectify . overall good option for stay.

Perfect location and good breakfast for vegetarians considering less vegetarian options in the country. Proper housekeeping.

Average housekeeping services. They hardly do up the room for long stay guests. Had to request them to clean and the standard response was we will clean at 7 pm. Bathroom flush did not work properly and despite a 4 nights stay the staff didn't care to get that checked. Breakfast was okay and seating area on 5th floor is good. Location is the only big plus at this hotel. Rest, nothing notes worthy at all.

Staff is very much helpful and polite knows english rooms very clean food was also good will visit again

This hotel is in city centre and near to all heritage monuments. Receptionist was good. Room service was prompt. Moreover it is much fun to see snow capped mountains from window. Breakfast was superb.

They help me for changing my dates on the check in day. & given me early check in & late check out. Manage is very good it's very good location you can every where so easily

1. No wifi in the room, if it is then less then 1G speed. 2. Cold in room. 3. Electric kettle is not available but if you ask then they give a terrible kettle without any tea or coffee. 4. Toilet is uncomfortable and very cold. 5. Bed is also not comfortable for sleep. 6. Staff is good.

The hotel staff was not tourist friendly. Could not help with anything.
