Novotel Living Jetisu truly surprised me. Very rarely do I have such a wonderful experience in a Hotel that isn’t a 5 star. The beautiful 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious, had a breathtaking Mountain View, filled with modern amenities like coffee machine, microwave, electric oven, fridge and dishwasher. The location is amazing on the bustling Arbat Street, which has an amazing nightlife and filled with great restaurants of all cuisines and also close from all sightseeing places in the city. The housekeeping services can be better. Love the concept of no plastic use of the Novotel Living Almaty Jetisu and all utensils provided are either glass or steel and even empty glass bottles are provided in room to fill hot/cold water from water dispensers fitted outside the room in corridors. The 1 bedroom had 2 toilets and there is a sofa bed in the living room which makes it very convenient, and both living room and bedroom have two huge TVs. The buffet breakfast was good, could have more chicken options, but overall pretty decent. The Novotel Living Almaty Jetisu staff at the reception is very helpful, and service is impeccable, they provided us with umbrellas when it rained, with room heater when it got cold. Had an amazing stay at Novotel Living Jetisu and would recommend it to everyone visiting Almaty.

I stayed with my family husband wife and two children initially they provided us one bedroom apartment at 2 floor which was small and sofa cum bed present in the room was broken so they provided us single folding bed with dimensions 3.5×6 suitable for single child another child adjusted on sofa. We checked out Novotel Living Almaty Jetisu for our kolsoi lake and when we returned they provided us again one bedroom apartment at 4 floor which was more spacious but again sofacum bed was not working and we had to face the same issue. Staff is friendly and helpful breakfast was good.
