ibis Almaty Jetisu

It is located at Arbaat Street which has all great food joints. The vibe is amazing of the location. The breakfast spread has both veg and non veg options. The receptionists were able to speak in English which we don’t usually get in the city.

Location is very convenient in the city center. Great breakfast with a wide variety of items.Rooms were neat and clean but rather small.Reception desk understands English. No one smiles first but smiles back when acknowledged or thanked, locals were greeted better 🤣 The hotel is 2 minutes away from Arbat Street and surrounded by many shopping shops and a variety of restaurants. Just a wonderful stay that was an important part of my trip.

Stayed here for 9 nights. Amazing location close to walking street and magnum mall. Helpful staff and delightful breakfast. If in almaty stay here only. All other place are waste of time and money

Has been always been a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff is always courteous and quick as well as efficient. The rooms are centrally located to the major attractions and also near by to malls. Have always come back to this hotel whenever i visit almaty.

My second stay at Ibis.The check in was smooth and seamless.The staff are extremely polite and helpful.Nearby to all the major attractions in Almaty.Rooms are of decent size and clean

They could not find my booking for 45 minutes and finally when they gave me a room, it was a windowless one! when i requested them to change it, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t!

Clean decent rooms. New property - very well maintained. Line brew reserve restaurant is a big plus point

Location wise really nice. Breakfast also decent. Supportive staff. Room amenities can be improved. Lock of the room was not working couple of times which was frustrating
