Mercure Almaty City Center

Propert was good and centrally located but staff was not polite and non cooperative. Swimming pool was not available.

It was pathetic. Staff was rude! No support, no help. I was there to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. It’s a hotel’s basic courtesy to wish the guest... forget about the cake/ pastry - they didn’t even wish her. GM didn’t have the courtesy to reply to my email complain. Do not stay there ever. Breakfast was horrible. Spa area was without staff ... everything was horrible

Decent room, decent service, great breakfast spread, excellent location! very close to arbat street, and the new year celebration at astana square was also walking distance from the place. Malls such as mega park also located close to the hotel.

Mercure hotel was an amazing stay. The location and staff was very helpful. Only one hiccup occurred during our stay. The house keeping manager was quite rude. She got in an argument with the guest. She claimed that she don't know english but went ahead asking the guest that" are you smoking. I asked her who are you and do you see a cig in my hand? i took this matter with the hotel manager. He apologized for her behavior but that house keeping manager did not apologize properly.

Our stay at mercure hotel was great and the hotel is very nice with great rooms. However one lady who claimed to be the head of housekeeping was extremely rude and misbehaved with us for which she didn't apologize but the hotel apologised on her behalf

3rd night no house keeping don by staff asking 2/3 times
