The hotel is situated at the heart of the centre. It is good in its own standard but the breakfast service is run by teenagers devoid of customer service; a tourist happens to ask for milk at the tea counter; waiter unapologetic declined by saying *no milk* it was around 9 am. A day before the same waiter walked around chewing food and with his hands in his both pockets. Yes a guard sticks on the chair at the entrance though

coupleVery poor quality of buffet which was served. Also, the bathroom was broken and the housekeeping staff refused to fix that.
