Room were clean .. restaurant had good food thou less for vegetarian.. location is good .. the staff id very helpful

The location is excellent, right next to the Kok Tobe tourist attraction. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are highly professional. A special thanks to Ali for organizing our sightseeing trips so smoothly. The food is decent for those who enjoy continental cuisine. However, considering the number of Indian guests, it would be great to include some Indian options in the breakfast and restaurant menu. This small addition could significantly enhance the experience for Indian visitors.

Location, Cleanliness, Room size and a large breakfast spread. The reception was excellent where Anelya, Aliyar and Nurislam really helpful

Good welcome at the reception and smooth check-in. Had a cozy stay with an excellent view from the room.

The breakfast is very average with veg options next to none. The hotel is not worth the amount that it charges.

Good breakfast, excellent location, excellent facilities

No water bottles in room, you need to refill from water dispenser in the corridor. Room sizes are small. No jet spray in toilet. Only good is there breakfast buffet taste, everyone admire it.

His unwavering support throughout transformed our stay into an extraordinary experience. Whether assisting us in booking a guide, arranging Yandex rides, or securing reservations at our preferred restaurants, Mr. Fezoyev became our go to person . His exceptional service and warmth throughout truly made our time in Almaty unforgettable.

Good property, very few vegetarian options in breakfast otherwise everything was good. Rooms were not very big

My stay for 3 nights was comfortable, eveything was good, and location is very good, you will find most eating joints nearby, starbucks, burger king and many other restaurant,

Had a very comfortable stay at novotel, almaty. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The staff was very courteous and helpful and helped arranged some local trips

Everything is perfect except some language problem in english. Not expecting to speak hindi. However, majoroty of the guests were from india. Secondly, vegetarian food. There is nothimg otherthen the salad and fruits in name of veg food. Other amenities, closeness to city and things are extraordinary.

The property is very well located. Rooms are small comparatively. Breakfast spread is average. Lobby is ordinary. Yet i will not hesitate to stay in this hotel as the staff behaviour and hospitality compensates all the shortcomings of this hotel. I repeat, the rooms, breakfast & lobby is not bad but compared to other novotel like delhi & mumbai, is inferior but the behaviour of staff is much superior to many novotel’s worldwide. The market is close by and eating joints are walking distance. Kok tobe is next door. There is an atm machine also. I am a frequent traveller and i can rate the hospitality as one of the best!

It was a wonderful experience, the staff is very good and friendly. Many of them don’t understand english but they make sure your work is done through google translation. Very helpful.

Great stay. The check-in was smooth and quick, the room was smart and modern and the staff were very friendly and spoke english. The food was good too. I used the airport pick-up and drop service (chargeable) and that too was very good. Perhaps the charging points in the room could be better located.
