Property is amazing , too big , golf ground, and best part is variety of swimming pools and i loved jacuzzi too big . But service staff was missing at some places that’s the only point o don’t like , otherwise it’s perfect and staff is very helping

The property is set amidst a vast green area, with trees, lakes and many beautiful birds. The staff is extremely accommodating. The pool and spa services are exceptional. For my stay, I got a wellness massage and relaxation massage, both of which were excellent. The food and bar services are also great, however, with limited vegetarian options. I would highly recommend this property :)

Excellent stay. The view of the mountains from the hotel rooms was amazing. The small lake and the background of the mountain was breathtaking. Picturesque resort.

The location is perfect + the view is so so amazing food is also great but for pure vegetarians and for indians there is only dal makhni which is not so good but otherwise it is amaaazingg

Beautiful scenic property surrounded by trees and snow capped mountain range views! rooms are nice and spacious and has follows sustainable practices well.

Excellent location, very polite and helpful staff, amazing service. Each staff from receiving , reception, buggy service, kids room, room service etc. does a commendable job. A trip to remember for lifetime. Enjoyed a lot 😍❤️

The front office is full of fools. They took 95 minutes during check in. They claimed that somebody in our name had already checked in before. They had no regret in making us wait. And to top it up, at the time of check out, they claimed that the rooms were not paid for. I mean can you actually do that with a guest. Maybe it's racial discrimination or the people running the resort are absolute schmucks ! shameful

Terrible hotel with rude and racist staff. They w. R. T food, taste was not at all good, they want the dinning bill before serving food as if the inhouse guest will runaway with their money. All their staffs including gm are highly rasist.

Terrible hotel. Vegetarian food is a serious problem. I would seriously skip it. Also, it's in the middle of nowhere. One has to travel 45 minutes to reach anywhere in almaty.
