Grand Erbil Hotel Almaty

Everything was great and amazing. I shall visit again soon and I will also recommend others that if they visit Almaty that they do visit the property.

Overall the hotel stay was good, the lady at the reception named Janara was the best person I have ever met. She was very helpful and supportive. The room was spacious, clean, the massage offered at the spa was the perfect one I ever had in my life. Will duly recommend everyone to atleast give this hotel a chance to serve you

stay was near fine ,but the staff was not helpful, just didn't listen anything .the sockets were near hanging out of the wall

The hotel had a good breakfast and everything, but the hotel staff was a little bit rude, when we asked for a taxi hotel to the airport he straight said don't can't book we weren't able to book a taxi due to language and don't have booking apps and no busy was there for lagage transfer

Language barrier, breakfast beef no veg for india though there was lots of indian customer were staying, no room service dirty room, do not book this hotel it’s not for india basically

No power in midnight for more than three hours, no hot water, no room cleaning, not understanding english, no replacing room towel. Not working lift after power cut

Very rude behavior of reception guy throughout our stay even they misbehave with indian guests too not co operative at all. Breakfast menu have no veg options language issue i. Almaty they dont understand englush so and not helpful people

Very poor response from the receptionist..not able to sleep in the room at the night time because of no air circulation.I complained about this in the reception..they are not listening..poor maintenance…not suitable for family..I severely recommend don’t book in this hotel to all our Indians…I travelled more countries but I never seen like this hotel before…Very worst

Location is on sub road, but calm and quite environment, ideal for couples, interior work is royal look, but interior of the rooms are average, not up to the mark, breakfast is limited, no drinking water in buffet breakfast.

The hotel ads tricked me to booking a dorm room when i was merely looking for a private room. Cheaters

Room was very worst mosquitoes, ac not working in any room. Toilet seats were broken. Bedsheets pl-lows all were very dirty

Comparatively nearer to almaty airport, the hotel is good for a decent stay. Clean and hygienic. Welcoming staff.
