"Excellent stay at Astana International Hotel, Almaty! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Astana International Hotel in Almaty, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The hotel's modern design and luxurious decor created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean, and well-maintated, with a comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to Almaty's main attractions, including the Panfilov Park and the Green Bazaar. It is best among all hotels nearby with all the services and amenities. Food is awesome and location is prime

The room was average. The staff was a bit rude. They provided a water bottle only on the first day and for the remaining days we were asked to refill bottles from the water filter. Whenever we asked for any information about the city, they didn't help us. I will not prefer to stay there again

hotel room is big one but still they not upgrade such big hotel.Furniture of hotel is old one and beds are also not comfortable. Brakefast for typical vegetarian have not much more options.If they renovate hotel it will be become 4 star.The building and location is very good but they have to improve room service

When we entered the room there was a pre filled kettle, which i assume was not cleaned after the previous guests left. There was no sugar, tea, coffee sachets provided.. had to ask for it. All plug points were not at the right places, eg., we had to keep our phones on the floor to charge and put kettle on the floor to get power. There was no variety in breakfast, was served the same thing everyday. Also for vegetarians, you only have the option of bread, cereals and fruit everyday. Except its location, nothing is in favour

Experience was good all staff helpful and courteous I paid for 6 days stay but had to check out after 4 days due change in my tour issue because if weather waiting for the refund for 2 days which i could not avail

I had a very smooth check-in experience. Room was well managed, good heater with cozy bed. Also breakfast was good enough for me. So i liked this hotel in good budget

Bathroom was not upto the mark. Shower is falling off. The flush is making noise. Not refilled the water bottle next day.

Nice property and nice location. Better for new person who visit to almaty. As this hotel location provides all the necessary stuff you need during travel. Had a nice and pleasant stay. Also tours are starting from this place only.

To start with the positives, the location of the hotel is really nice with very close to metro, bus stops and major attractions. Also, the hotel room price is very reasonable compared to other hotels. Now the negatives, the internet never worked for all the 4 days. The rooms were a bit gloomy and dark. The gym was really bad. The breakfast buffet was average.

The quality of rooms was very poor the breakfast was very bad. Washroom not working properly. 4 star property with zero hospitality not a all recommended for indians and anyone. Bad experience

Behavior of receptionist is rude specially one manager. Very bad experience with that staff looks he don’t like tourists visit his country

We stayed for 3 nights, the room size and cleanliness was decent however it had stubborn smoke odour. The staff were very rude and could barely speak english. They don’t have a functional kitchen except for breakfast-7 to 10am. Good points- location of the hotel, and the breakfast spread was nice. Would not recommend for a longer stay.

Room was small in size and curtains were old, small and were damaged at many places. The breakfast was below average and not tasty at all. Reception doesn't have c type charger to charge the mobiles of indians as rooms charging points doesn't support indian android mobiles.

Astana hotel is good service but house cleaning is poor other services all ok

Looks of hotel is good but not worthy of the amount and i will also like to caution everyone who visits khazaksthan because everyone is cheating minded there and they feel racist.

The staff was good but only despite seeing the money exchange in the hotel facilities the hotel staff regret its presence. May be the same has not updated in the mmt. Also the charges fixed by mm t not final the additional 1500 tinge of charge is taken by the hotel staff
