Mildom Hotel

You write that check-in at 12 o clock, but when we reach there she say that our check-in is 2 o clock,

Stay was very good and comfortable. Prime location to access local tourism. Breakfast was amazing.

The receptionist didn't speak english. There is no lift in the hotel. There is no bell boy. You have to carry your luggage to the room yourself. We have booked a luxury suite room but they gave us a smaller room.

Room was okay. They didn't allow early check in. Basic amenities were not working so had to report it several times to fix. As they were not able to so they kept asking if we wanted to change the room. But in all rooms one or the other thing was broken. Heater, two twin beds jointed instead of double bed, running hot water were provided in room.

The experience was terrible for me! the hotel had ongoing repairing work which made the experience really bad even after paying a huge amount for the booking for 5 days! i booked it by looking at the pictures for the entire duration! my bad, otherwise i would have checked out in day 1! there was heights of unprofessionalism one day when they blocked my gate with some under construction furniture! they should close the hotel and first complete it then open for guests! terrible experience overall! the phone was not working! the furnitures in the room was broken! the room i got was way smaller than the room booked because they didn’t have that available but accepted the full payment!

Cleaning is not good, staff's behaviour is very rude. We booked three single rooms but they gave only two and charged for 3 rooms. There was no security for international people and international women in the hotel, like doors are not locking inside the hotel room. The same has been conveyed to staff many times but haven't done anything and talking rudely and loudly
