Hotel Kazakhstan

Location was excellent, not much options in food for vegetarians, hospitality was ok…not as great as in India or other Asian countries

Must visit hotel in almaty , Breakfast and buffet super, staff very supporting , they will keep laguage after check out .

All amenities were unavailable. We arrived and had to enter from the back entrance because there was work going on. The reception, club all was unavailable

One of the iconic hotel in Almaty. Best place to stay for travelers as everything is easy to access from cafes to restaurants to malls and tourist places. Breakfast spread is good. Staffs need to be little polite and most of them don’t understand English

It was an excellent stay. Good spread breakfast. Service was good. The location is centrally located so it is easy to commute everywhere. Indeed everything was good

A landmark hotel of the country. Stayed in twin room configuration. Based on split AC configuration, cooling in one of the rooms was not as effective due to ACs location. Excellent location of the hotel. Multiple eating joints in the vicinity. Within walking distance of a lot of city’s attractions. Good breakfast spread. Currency exchange facility within the hotel.

We had a good stay. The staff was good, the location is very convenient, the food was good too. Just that the room was smaller than expected.

Good hotel, well maintained and in the heart of the city with close proximity to everything. Breakfast spread had lot of variety but not the best.

We stayed for 4 nights. The ambience is very good. Breakfast is a must by while staying at the property. The reception and staff is quite helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel location is prime. You'll find city attractions like Koke Tobe and Green Bazaar very nearby.

Hotel Kazakhstan is located very close to the city centre square ,which is a sprawling area with fountains and boulevards.Nice upmarket location.But do remember to book only the Premium rooms .Other rooms incl suites have very old interiors and teh air conditioning is very inefficient .Eapecially in the hot summer months.The suites are large and comfortable except the air on ,but overall the rooms are small.The hotel has great restaurants in the complex.Exclusive rooftop restaurants and night clubs with Mind boggling views and pubs and the restaurants overlooking the fountains which work thru the night .Serving good food and drinks.The breakfast is also good and has an extensive menu,with a small buy decent selection for vegetarians also.

We had a good stay at the hotel. USP of hotel is its location. Malls, Markets & Clubs are nearby. They should provide Veg Indian options in breakfast.

The hotel has a superb ambience and it stands prominently in one of the most happening places of the city. We got a suite in the 24th floor which offers a breathtaking view of the Kok Tobe and aerial sight of half of the city. Staff were cordial, helping and very well mannered. Room services were superb and full marks to cleanliness. Complimentary break fast provides a wide variety of options which ensures that even a vegetarian doesn’t go hungry categorally from an Indian perspective having some reservations with eating meat. It has ball rooms, other restaurants and a pub in its premises. Overally the stay was comfortable, incredibly amazing and memorable.

Location wise it is fine. But rooms are not upto the mark. Beds are sagging and everything in room provided to us looks outdated. Breakfast is also average though spread is wide but lacking the quality.

The hotel has everything going for it - great location and looks, attentive and polite staff, superb breakfast, well appointed rooms and access to some great restaurants as part of the hotel.

It was a great stay. The property is absolutely downtown and accessible to everything. Cable car to Kok Tobe is just adjoining and the rooms specifically mountain facing are really mesmerizing.

The stay at hotel kazakhstan was excellent, the breakfast spread was excellent, it was hygienic, room quality was very good they did proper maintenance. Overall i would rate 4.5/5
