Uyut Hotel

Location is good. A 24/7 supermarket at 20mtrs. Many Indian restaurants in about 800mtrs. Food is a problem for vegetarians at the hotel breakfast. Amenities are ok. Service is good.

It was excellent. very warm hotel staff, good amenities, great breakfast, most importantly very centrally located.

Centrally located, breakfast spread is good. Do not expect Indian foods though. Clean and well heated. Other food menu is worth trying if anyone wants to explore

Only one staff could speak english ,property was clean .daily cleaning off room was done.. but the hotel is strict with check in and check out

1st. there ac was not working for 2 days.i said kindly provide other room as I can't sleep without it..he said open window and sleep. i was like ok.. i didn't crib about it. my room was little dirty like some. 1 or 2 chips empty packet was on the floor.he said thats not acceptable. 2nd. one day there was no water supply in bathroom for from 8 am to 5 pm.. so not able to use bathroom at all. then also i was ok. 3rd. pathetic breakfast in there hotel. never ever seen such non sense breakfast. 4th. massage is fine in there hotel. 5th .room is spacious but very old.. 6th.. balcony is very very small ..too small. 7th. 1 or 2 staff is good at reception. 2 girls in morning staff is good. they behaved ok.. 8th.. never ever i recommend this hotel.. < hotel staff too rude>

The hotel is located in a great location and staff is very friendly and helpful. We had stayed here in our trip to almaty. All major places are 20to30minutes walk

Good location. Has a jacuzzi and sauna as well. Clean. Helpful staff as well. 2-3 of them knew english as well.

Pros - hotel location is good, rooms are nice but small, staff is cooperative. Cons - breakfast menu is same everyday, i only had eggs/omlette/scrambled daily which got me bored, they do not have not even a single indian breakfast item, only their receptionist speaks english and no one else so keep google translator with you. For indians, better to stay in some international brand.

Front desk staff is very unprofessional and unhelpful even for lifting luggage you have to request the staff .. they don’t have cutlery for your room service … they are not prepared for mixer tap in bathroom ,you have to manage your bath with extremely hot water .breakfast was just horrible ..the only thing is good about this hotel is room .

I loved this property as did my colleague. Super location old world charm great hospitality and totally worth every penny. It's has everything one could possibly wish for all within easy walking distance. Staff speaks english they helped us with an english speaking guide too for our almaty tour
