The location is good with many restaurants within walking distance. The food of the hotel is average. Very little variety to choose from. The house keeping service is very poor. Rooms don’t get cleaned till 6 pm after multiple requests. Sometimes the towels are not kept, sometimes water is missing. Average experience

Hotel room was clean , breakfast was good , but room service was so poor, we have booked three room and reached hotel at 7am, they told us they will give us room at 11am, but at 11 am they denied at tell us to wait for 2 pm check in

hotel was good , only downside was limited veg options in breakfast, which was expected in khazakstan

located in centre of the city with all modern amenities. breakfast was delicious with few vegetarian option. staff was polite and ready to help.

Very rude staff and no help given for transfer of luggage to the room, we had to transfer our luggage to the room ourselves, the worst stay i ever had

Very rude staff. Food is bad. When you call good from outside, they don’t provide cutlery. They ask you to collect it urself from the restaurant. Housekeeping is poor. Other than reception no one understands english. Employees ask for tips.

The hotel property is showing its age and could benefit from better lighting in the rooms. The restaurant staff service was slower than expected, often requiring a 5-10 minute wait for water or to place an order. Additionally, the breakfast menu was the same every day. Overall, it did not meet the brand standards typically associated with ramada.

The stay was quiet comfortable and the location is quiet ideal, which is walking distance from happening place. The front office manager is very professional and made sure our stay was comfortable.

Definitely one of the best hotels to stay at if you're travelling to Almaty for tourism and work purposes - very ideally located! Everything is well within walking distance. The rooms and facilities available are fantastic, but the vegetarian options available for breakfast buffets are pretty limited - which is the case across almaty.

The property is good, located close to city centre but housekeeping is poor. We didn't get towels even after calling the housekeeping service 3 times. After waiting for 2 hours, we had to go down to reception and get them ourselves. Similar adequate number of water bottles and toiletries were not provided. This kind of poor and unprofessional housekeeping is not expected from property like ramada

I had stayed in ramada by wyndham almaty the stay was pleasant as we were 6 people in 3 rooms great for family and friends we used the common facilities such as sauna steam bath and pool some used the spa and was relaxing after a tiring day at shimbulak overall a quite and relaxing place with enough parking breakfast was not comment-able but does the job for the money paid

Great hotel, very friendly staff. +they speak english. Food was nice and all the amnesties were up to mark

Little to no indian food items in breakfast buffet, also mm t didnt inform us about the city tax. Mm t should have informed about this in the extra information or via email but nothing

The hotel is located in excellent location. Close to indian restaurant. Slightly off city centre. But it is a good place to stay. We stayed for 5 nights
