Everything about almaty was brilliant.
The weather, the people, our hotel was cozy and the food was great too. They provided vegetarian options for Indians. The location was in the heart of the city and super accessible from metro stations. Some of the best cafes and spots were only 15 mins away from the property!

couple Location was fine, staff & service was not upto 4 star hotel. Service is poor like for most of the requests they simply deny. We were struggling to get simple house keeping items also. Room service took too much time. We asked for room cleaning daily, but in our 5 nights stay they barely changed bedsheets & blankets.

vivek s.family It was a day stay to catch flight in night. Rooms are very small and interior was not very attractive. No bell boys during check in so we took our 6 bags with ourselves in their trolley. Reception staff was courteaos, attentive and helpful.

siddhartha s.couple The hotel was average at max. Rooms were cramped and washrooms were extremely small. Breakfast was again average. All throughout my stay of 5 days their bread toaster dint work and nobody bothered to even repair it. Kettle in the room was extremely dirty. All in all a very average experience. Safe to say wont stay again.

The experience at the hotel was terrible. I did the booking through makemytrip, and provided the credit card details while booking. And mm t confirmed me that hotel will charge my card anytime. But when i arrived they declined saying they don't have any information and i need to do the payment. I had to swipe the card again which have incurred the international charges. Secondly, the rooms air conditioner was not working. We requested to fix and finally they changed the rooms. But again the room ac was not working properly and had to get into an heated argument with the manager in mid night for it. Then some mechanic came and fixed it. In all it took them 14 hours to just to provide us a room.

gangeshwaranna p.couple The hotel is not worth the price both for interiors and service offerings. Room was big and comfortable. Location is ok. Slightly far off from main city but manageable. The carpet is old and not clean. The furniture are very old. The bathroom had tub (old style. No water jet in toilet. No live counter for omelet. The booking staff lackadaisical and didn't even considered my request for twin beds service was ok. Breakfast place too congested. They can use some place near outside entrance

tarun b.family Location of hotel is very good. But very limited food. And the ac of the hotel not work and hot in room. The service is ok. The cleaning staff is not good. Room as well as washroom not clean properly. No one come to pickup your luggage bag.
