Extremely comfortable and very good service. Staff was kind and helpful. I liked the breakfast. There was wide variety of vegetarian options to chose from.

Good Hotel but not worth the money, I had requested for extended check out at the time of Check In which was confirmed . In spite of that there were people knocking on the room door and asking when will I check out, with this level of charges by hotel definitely we look forward better service, even the breakfast was average

Room no 926 allotted had a rattling sound coming , house phone was in audible . Service requests needed repeated reminders and were attended after 45 minutes follow up.

Just had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel! I was shocked to find a cockroach around my toothbrush in the bathroom and two more crawling on the floor. This is a serious hygiene and safety issue & they just ignored it completely. I reported it immediately; a duty manager visited, removed the cockroaches, and said they would “see what they could do.” Heard nothing back! A checkout, staff dismissed the complaint, refused to provide any written acknowledgment, and offered no resolution or proper apology. No guest should experience unsafe, unsanitary conditions and such poor handling of a legitimate complaint. Thank you for ruining our break after a long week :(

Stayed at the hotel for work, it was very convenient, the food was good, and the staff were helpful. It has a 24/7 mini mart, very useful

Property and food was good, but we face issue to access the room as the assigned room entry key was not working. We have to highlight and wait for it to get fix. Otherwise overall experience is above average

Prompt service and great hotel rooms. Location is near metro station. Amenities were good, hot water is also available. Enjoyed the stay here.

PROS Rooms were neat. Staff is good. CONS The breakfast spread for Asian section was average. The basin in the bathroom had water clogging. The swimming pool did not have floats for kids.

My stay with family was good at Novotel, near world trade centre, Dubai. Staffs were very cooperative and polite. Room service was excellent, not all toilet accessories were provided at the time of check-in however it was provided on call. Coffee service was excellent no matter you call them late at night as well. I was with my 2 children so felt like the room suze provided was bit small compared to other Novotel properties provided to me earlier at Barsha.. Pool was ok children enjoyed, breakfast was not up to the expectations as the choice was limited and it was crowded as well. Gym was good. property was well maintained and very clean.

good location , got taxi easily and close to all the hubs. hotel had iftar dinner which was amazing. breakfast time crowded as no tables coffee machines too crowded no hot soya milk so managed with machine coffee

Excellent help desk services, room service and nice restaurant. Ambience is very good and on walking distance from metro. Was given room with view of iconic bhuj khalifa.

The stay was excellent with neat and tidy room. Thanks to the administration who were very kind to get my room changed after couple of hours stay due to construction sound from the nearby plot and also support a 18 hour late checkin. The location and the free shuttle service support was incredible.
