Stayed here recently and loved my stay! Staff treated me very well especially Sabahat and Adnan. Would definitely like to stay here again in the future!
Didn't have any problems with the hotel and it was good value for money. Location of this hotel is the best for shopaholics. Loads of shops for abaya shopping!
Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!
I will not advise anyone to stay at this hotel, it is terribly dirty, we got into our room and our floor and mat has not been swept or floor mopped, the windows were filthy, the showers tiles were off colour && clearly not wiped for a while, including the curtain, the bedding after I woke up the next day, I saw it was dirty on the reverse side, I was extremely grossed out! I asked our housekeeper if he could change it and he said yes he will, he became so friendly with us, that when we were in our room he wouldn’t knock he would just walk in and make himself comfortable. We were on first floor, not on the main road side tho, the other side, people were under our window shouting and talking loud, all evening and early morning, we couldn’t even sleep!
We had decided to have buffet lunch at the restaurant, when we arrived on the 6th floor there was no space to sit, we had to wait, all the tables were dirty, and there wasn’t even a variety of food.
Breakfast was even worse. Don’t talk about the WiFi! It only worked in the room and passages.
To top it all, they had deducted money from my credit card twice, for my stay, it has been almost a month (14-16 March) with promises from the front desk, as well as multiple emails which they only replied to once and never again. I am now sitting in another country, without any means of getting hold of them! I would not advise this hotel to anyone!
This review doesn’t even deserve 1 star to be honest!

Not as clean
Update Nov 2017: I visited the hotel a second time. This was not the same experience. First it seemed like my room had been rebooked to someone else they took quite a while trying to find an alternative room.
Which ended up smelling of sheesha as if someone had just been smoking in it. Not as clean.

Value for Money
We stayed here in October 2017. It was family stay. The location is prompt. Specifically for Abaya shopping. Lot's of abaya shop, Naif souk & Gold souk at walking distance. The shop remains open till 23 hrs. Live street & lots of Indian, Afghan & Pakistani restaurant near by. Good for street shopping.
Now the hotel:-
The room is big & clean. Have the balcony view. The bathroom is neat & clean also have bathtubs.
The breakfast is ok for me. Need improvements in this area.
I strongly recommend hotel for stay.

The room and beddings are clean. Has safe, fridge, wardrobe.
The hotel is relatively new so most facilities are almost as new, my only issue is the location
It is located at the heart of Deira which is a very crowded area. However the area has a lot of shopping areas for clothes, electronics and virtually any other item you can think of. And the shops have fair prices
