Very comfortable stay. Good quite location. Professional staff. Complimentary breakfast was great. Wonderful choice and spread.

Very good room well maintained everything but morning 7AM they started maintenance activity at adjacent rooms which cause lots of disturbance

I did confirmed booking but the hotel denied checkin telling me it was not valid booking I told support team but they were not able to contact the hotel my guest was struggling for 2-3 hrs. So i am not happy with this

Services very poor and there is no option to cancellation of booking. One of the booking not cancel-led while discussed the same with ibis executive in hotel

Hotel was decent. Rooms were a bit small for the price paid, location is decent. Check in check out process is smooth. Overall a good place but they should reduce their prices.

The hotel is nicely located. The surrounding view is simply superb. Have very good breakfast spread. But wi-fi strength need improvement and amenities in the room should be improved.

Very poor service, there was no toileteries also for getting glasses there was additional delivery charges from housekeeping as ibis doenst have inhouse service. They are using novotel services

We had a pleasant experience in ibis. The room which we stayed in was very neat and the employees, specifically ms. Ambika, ms. Quinta & mr. Saleh, were hospitable and warm. We will surely come again.
