I had booked a hotel room through the MakeMyTrip application, but upon arrival, the booking was not reflecting in the hotel's system. Despite this, the hotel staff were very accommodating and allowed me to check in after collecting the booking amount again as a deposit. They assured me that if the booking reflected in their system by the time of checkout, they would refund the deposit. At the same time, I contacted MakeMyTrip customer service, and the issue was resolved by the next morning. I really appreciate the cooperation and helpful attitude of the reception staff during this situation. Their support made a stressful moment much easier.

The location is excellent, the service is poor, the furniture is average, the rooms are small, there is no double bed, there are no bathroom equipment for sale, the price is exaggerated in relation to the services

Amazing and good clean and everybody is good. I like the hotel but the room small but it’s good for two people.

The property is very well located. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all the queries we had. The taxis are easily available outside the hotel. The rooms are not large but have all the facilities and is clean

Great hospitality, good location, i had a great sleep as there is no noise and ac was perfect. They let me checkout late checkout. I will visit it more often.

Apart from couple of things everything was fine. There’s no sandals in the room and there wasn’t full toiletry available

No bellboy service available at hotel. Guest has to carry their stuff during check in check out. Rooms are too small as compare to price. Overall hotel is average for stay.

Bathroom was small…Tv connectivity was not there…bathroom water jet was not working

Front desk, especially ms. Thuraz, addressed my early check in request and check in was very quick and easy. The breakfast buffet had a wide and sumptuous variety.

A decent size room for one person. Although it is 3 star but i felt it has all required ammenities. I would always prefer to adnec exhibition business trips

The room size is small. I dont like the connecting door between rooms. Their is no bathtub. I check out directly after 3 hours because i didnt feel comfortable.
